Usually this is the best taco bell in town! Tonight tells a different story … Ordered a number 6 no lettuce add nacho cheese, and a 7 dollar luxe box substitute the chips with cinnamon sticks,got home and my order isn’t what I wanted. I called and the chick in the phone repeated my order the way I ordered it and told me no she personally made the order!!! Tell me how this is what I ordered…

Updated Review – 11/18/22: I never thought I would have to do this… But I am lowering my rating on this Taco Bell. I will give it 2 stars because the Mexican Pizza was incredible. The crunchy taco was good… But the Cheesy Rollup was TERRIBLE (a tortilla with almost zero cheese)… I couldn’t eat it. And the Crunch Wrap Supreme was AWFUL! It was 99% wrap and 1% supreme. I couldn’t eat it. They better add more meat and cheese… Or people will stop going to this Taco Bell. Right now, I would NOT recommend going to this Taco Bell location.

My wife just brought home my meal from this place. 1st order from this location in almost 6 months. Out of all the Taco Bella this place is by far the worse. Hard taco upside down and it contents inside bag, nacho cheese barely warm, steak quesadilla was cold and all meat in the middle and not spread throughout. No better than it was 6 months ago. I just don’t understand why time and time again this place just simply sucks. It’s as if they are in a constant bar close rush service 24/7. Just horrible.

This has got to be one of the worst taco bells in existence. The only way to get a mobile order in under 30 min is to go through the drive thru. And when u get it u better completely disassemble every item cause even if it looks right on the surface… surprise there will be random things that are totally disgusting. Its like they know exactly what u don’t want in it and add it anyway. Even took it back to have them remake it and the employee argued with me about what comes on the taco and had to make the potatoes 2x cause they kept putting tomatoes in them when that’s what I brought them back for. Complete disaster this restaurant is.

Hey, it’s fast food! The line here is always long, a lot of people like this food. I don’t go here often, but today I happen to catch the line when it was extremely short and I was hungry. It was a tasty treat to get a mixed sampler of food. I enjoyed it and it was affordable. The person at the intercom and window was very friendly. What more could you ask for?

Need better customer service, employees are not friendly and need to be retrained on how to treat a customer! Also the wait time at night is ridiculous and this location need to hire more people or just close after 11pm if you dont have enough ppl to assist with drive-thru orders and door dash orders. Waited over 15min in line this is not acceptable!! Management PLEASE look into this matter asap!!

Never going here again. This store has to be one of the worst Taco Bells I’ve been to. They took 20 minutes to complete a simple $7.00 meal, it was 7:24pm, I left there at 7:45 pm, the so called food they served ended up in the TRASH!!!! it was GROSS. This makes my 2nd and last visit to ANY TACO BELL. there is a reason why they don’t want your feedback and want you to provide a survey. I am inclined to call the Health Department on this location.
