My Family and I came from NJ to visit Brooklyn during the crazy Holidays. We were looking for something quick but delicious. The food was as usual, great but what made it 10 times better was Blanca’s service, she was wonderful, we were lucky the place was empty and she took the time to help my family who were not familiar with the options, by explaining each ingredient. Her kindness and service really stood out, and made us feel welcomed. She really went above and beyond. I’m also happy to see people so passionate and proud of the work that they do. Blanca’s service was amazing! She made my tacos exactly as I wanted and it tasted so amazing. The tacos are so loaded I was unsure how to eat them without having its entire contents fall out. I’ll be back to try their bowl when I’m back in their area!

I came here for lunch on Thursday and got a burrito. I ate inside the shop. As I was eating, there was a long strand of hair inside of the burrito as shown in the photo. I was disgusted by this and brought it back to the register. The staff did offer a replacement or a refund. I requested for a refund but this is unacceptable. This place also had gotten a letter A from the department of health. Stuff like this, I think the department should reevaluate their decision.
