Never again! We walked in the first set of doors and the carpet was covered with leaves! Then the wait for being seated starts, nobody even acknowledged us for almost five minutes! I understand if if was busy but that was hardly the case, we finally got seated and the second wait begins. A server eventually comes to the table, by this time I’m done. This place needs a manager who cares about the restaurant and their customers.

When we got sat, it took our server at LEAST 10 minutes to come acknowledge us. I understand being busy, so I didn’t think much of it. By the time our server got to us, we were all ready to order as we had time to look at the menu, and we hoped our server would put the order in with our drinks.
It took another 15 minutes to get our drinks, then our server, Mary Beth, said she would get our orders in.
Fine, whatever, you did it separate, that’s okay. If it was just those 2 things I would have let it go, but this goes past our personal service.
Those bathrooms were worse than a gas station bathroom I’ve ever been to. They reek, the floor was sticky, almost every stall out of toilet paper, the whole 9 yards. There’s no point of even washing your hands, because just touching the door handle might give you a disease.
On top of that, we probably saw our server a total of 3-4 times. We were there for over an hour and a half. She forgot multiple things, never offered boxes, and took almost 15 minutes to give us our checks after we asked. Everything we asked for (which wasn’t much) made her look annoyed.
The management here as well, clearly sucked. They made 3 large party tables in the back of the restaurant that looked like, and was, a maze to get past. That ALONE is a HUGE fire hazard.
The food wasn’t bad, that’s probably the one thing I enjoyed. But I could go to the most grimy McDonald’s in Ohio and get better service than I did here. I understand if you’re a server having a bad day, but put a fake smile on at least. This was EXTREMELY disappointing.

Bob Evans never disappoints. I had the pot roast and my friend ordered the turkey dinner. Both were delicious and affordable. The biscuits were buttery and flaky. The service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant is nicely decorated and was clean.

We ordered a carry-out family meal 24 hours in advance and paid through the Bob Evans mobile app. I arrived right before 6:00 and the staff was finishing bagging all of it up. The order was accurate and the food was still hot and fresh when we got home. My elderly parents and uncle were visiting and enjoyed their dinner with us. This is one of the best Bob Evans locations in Cincinnati. You have a great team of people working at the Monfort Heights restaurant. Thank you again for helping us enjoy a nice family evening at home without the stress of cooking a large meal.

Terrible experience. Not busy for a Sunday due to snow storm but they struggled to figure out how to seat our group of 8 + child. 3 different people appeared at the host stand asking how many and each let us know they were working on it. Took close to 30 minutes. Cannot imagine we’re unique as it’s located across from 1 church and down the street from at least 1 other. Server was overwhelmed as she was only doing 1 persons refill at a time. Positive: Food came out together.
