Well this place is something! It’s definitely a spot to check out once or become a regular at. It’s not a large bar and the regulars definitely have their spots and songs (they like to chant at high octaves…before 6pm) but it’s all part of the atmosphere so it works!
The carne asada fries were really good. The verde was spicy but the sour cream cut it and the toppings were good and not excessive so things didn’t get soggy.
My husband and I split a burger and an order of wings. The burger was good, cooked perfectly but too much bleu cheese for my taste. We got the Chinese and BBQ wings. I was so excited for the wings after that I heard/read but they were not crispy as I expected, the wings were too saucy and while the barbecue had good flavor, the Chinese were very salty.
My daughter had a great time so that’s cool but I don’t know that I’d come back. I’m glad I checked it off my bucket list.

I’ve been coming here for years (many). Staff has always been outstanding. We travel 50 odd miles to come here. The only reason for the 2 stars is, things have changed. Here is the changes for me. Asian wings = 10 for $20 is just too much for us to enjoy (just can’t afford it anymore, 10 mild and 10 medium) 2 people 20 wings $40. Next the wings on both plates was SALTY. more than we enjoyed both times. Been eating here for over 20 years and the last two times were the same. SAD. next is the beef Wontons were DIFFERENT and smaller. Now $14 x2 Adding it up with some fried rice and ice tea, now 2 people are over $100 with a tip for the again “outstanding staff”. Sorry to report the 2 stars but it’s just more than we can afford. Mahalo

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. My wife is addicted to the garlic parm wings . Anytime we go out somewhere, it has to be here. She’s got the kids hooked to. It’s more addictive than meth . She craves this place like she’s going to die without it . So far the food hasn’t been that bad. I’ve tried several things out of the several times we’ve been here . Oh and I just found out the sell their sauce .. add this place to the grocery shopping list now as well. Just tried a new drink called a “piper sniper” today and I think they may have hooked me as well. So in conclusion, don’t come here unless you’re ready to be addicted.

This is a meet up spot for an old (biker) friend of mine and me for lunch. I have never had anything but lunch here…but I love it and will keep coming back.

It is a bit of a “dive bar” but fun and clean. The service is always great.

I have had a few items on the menu over the last few years…but limited to the pimento burger, jalapeno burger, 1920 burger, chicken fried steak sandwich, black&blue burger and buffalo chicken sandwich. All have been great. The crinkle cut fries are a treat. And they serve coke products!!!!

One of these days I will have to get over there for an afternoon beer (or four) and some of their wings.

It’s obvious this place has lots of repeat customers. The vibe is comfortable for sure. Our server was awesome. Busy. But took care of us. Good took some time. When it arrived fries were cold. Wings overcooked (dry) crispy and crunchy to the bone. Flavor was good. Maybe it was an off night. Wasn’t the worst meal I had AND it would take some arm wrestling for me to drop another $50 for that food.

Excellent hot wings! Great french fries! It’s a bar, so it’s loud. Other than that, we will DEFINITELY be back!
We visited again! Super good folks. If you love hot wings, don’t pass this place up!

I’ve been coming here for some time and never once dissatisfied. Tonight’s choice was a burger & fries. The best! The beer is always perfectly cold & service by Lexi topped it all off! She’s on top of her game! Thank you

Honestly I wasn’t expecting the wings and egg rolls to be as delicious as they were here! It’s more of a traditional bar and definitely hole in the wall! Very flavorful wing sauces as well! Their menu is quite diverse and simple! And yes, their food is served on the “traditional” Asian plates!

The atmosphere is excellent at Piper Inn. The walls are covered in cool stuff. I’ll undoubtedly be back, but maybe for lunch instead. My Buffalo chicken sandwich was good tasting, but was only two thin strips between the buns and sandwich fixings and wasn’t very filling. Waitstaff were unfailingly nice and helpful but were so inundated with tables that we couldn’t get a refill of water. Next time I’ll order something different and see if a different time of day yields more opportunities for hydration

Born and raised just down the street. I’ve stopped in a few times for drinks. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to try the wings. Outstanding. The best wings in Colorado. Low-key Wednesday crowd. The server was very attentive and friendly. I’ll definitely be back for more of those wings. Keep up the great work.
