My kids and I went to happy hour on presidents day to get some apps. It was something that I was craving for. The food came out fresh and good. We ate most of it. The service began great. We got hosted, seated, and served the first dishes. But then when we wanted drink refills or had finished eating and wanted the bill. No server was paying attention to us. I had to wave our server down like I was waving vigorously so the teacher would see me and call on me. I did that a total of 5 times and she only saw it twice. One time she came to get our refills. And the other time she saw to give us the check. We looked over at the other tables by the bar and there were a group of employees there that was hanging around with each other not paying attention to the customers. They were also on their phones even when on the clock, hence my server. There was no one at the bar. And no one scoping to see what the customers needed. We even heard them kind of talking and they were all playing a game or something. Anyway. I would not recommend tne service at this location until there is proper training for the employees. Even though the restaurant had only a few tables filled. There were about 5 employees sitting at the same tables not paying attention to any of the customers. Service was not good at all.

My husband and I came in Saturday to watch the college games in the bar area around 2pm. The first half of dining experience was great until we realized our server was the only staff apparently working and seem to be overwhelmed due to staff were still in the building. However, were helping her too the point we were not sure if she was also the bartender due to lack of seeing the original bartender when we had arrived but did see her periodically to check the two guys at the bar which in my opinion was not attentive to them at all due to our server was checking on them as well as the other eight tables in the restaurant. Our server made sure our food and drinks were delivered in a proper time. However, management should consider the importance of not overwhelming one person by having them to serve and bartend all by their self. I want to applaud “Domonic” for doing her best with the lack of help from her colleagues and honestly the two “managers” who seem to bring out food for her but to the wrong tables during that time.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. 2nd time coming to Stafford Applebee’s and worst service, cold soup and waiting on food even though no one was in the dining room. Front of the house staff were all on phones and not helpful. When my husband went to GET our waitress, who was on her phone, sitting in a booth along with everyone else, to tell her our French Onion Soup was cold, she took it back just to come and tell us that those 2 soups was all there was. My child never got her food, we didnt either ,nor did we even get napkins. We left and went next door to Chili’s instead. Will not return and make sure all our friends and family know to steer clear as well.

I “almost” always get a good meal from this location. My only issue is there flow. For some reason they can’t seem to get orders out smoothly. There always seems to be a hold up on the simplest orders. I will however say they seem to have improved a little from years past.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The most nastiest place I have ever been to. I came here with my family for the first time and I can say I will never be back. Servers were disrespectful, and when I got told them to get the manager, managers attitude had horrible attitude, and they were not accommodating to the mess ups on they’re in . It was almost like they were careless. Plates had stains from previous foods. Absolutely unacceptable.

Visited 12/3/22 the service was awful. We waited 45 mins. Only because the cooks were busy w/ many to go orders & our family member work there. I ordered a cheese burger well done. Instead it was raw. I sent it back & they used the same burger patty & added more cheese. I sent it back again & this time it was right. By the time it was presented, my hubby was finished & I took it to go. The mgr on duty was reluctant to give a discount, he eventually did.

I’m pretty sure I ate meat instead of a plant-based Impossible burger tonight! For the rest the staff was lifeless but kind. The drinks came extremely late but we’re okay. The food was okay-ish but we had to ask for our napkins and later cutlery. And one of the staff members was really flu-ish. All I could think was: get to your bed… and away from my food.

Came with my family at 10:40pm. They acted like they did not want to serve anyone which is sad because the manager philip that use to work there I am really good friends with and I am sure he would be so disappointed how they treated a customer. I could hear two of the works talking as I went to the restroom and was debating on who was going to serve. They made up an excuse and said that they only had certain fried foods left. I already knew it probably was not the truth and I had already made up my mind not to give them business. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings again and completely different service. Skip Applebees

Been here numerous times and no issues over the years. Should have looked at recent reviews which matched the food and service received today. Had burnt overcooked chicken and fried shrimp that was overcooked as well. When waitress was shown the burnt chicken didn’t seem to care and called for manager. Manager did send a new chicken that was cooked correctly but why not do that the first time? And manager just didn’t really seem sincere or caring. Just very disappointed.

Cheese sticks were good, pasta was bland, and the chicken was tasty. Every since the global transportation shortage, I noticed a trend in food at these types of restaurants not tasting the same.
I was bothered that they sat a couple right next to us as opposed to spreading us out.
