Poor Customer Service on 9/4/25

On September 4, 2025, I pulled into the KFC parking lot a little before 10:00 AM. Out of courtesy, I waited until 10:00 AM to pull up to the ordering box, and I even gave the staff an additional five minutes since I understand the store was just opening.

No one ever acknowledged me at the speaker. After waiting another 6–7 minutes, I pulled up to the window. I could clearly hear movement inside, but still no one greeted me, said “good morning,” or even acknowledged my presence. There were no other customers on the property, yet I was completely ignored.

I took photos and screenshots to document how long I waited before finally driving away without service. This experience was unacceptable. It is disappointing that employees would choose to ignore a customer rather than offer a simple acknowledgment or explanation.

You never have to worry about me supporting or spending my money at this location again. To act as if one customer does not matter is poor business practice and reflects badly on KFC as a whole.

I hope this issue is addressed with the staff who opened the store on the morning of September 4th at 10:00 AM.

This is my favorite KFC! During my first visit I had a problem with my order. I thought it was them but it was me. The District Mgr happened to be there and I was able to share how the Mgr. Kenny went above and beyond to explain to me what happened and how he could rectify my problem.

I went back the other day and met the Seymea. Again, I had an issue with my order and she rectified it without blinking an eye. The Mgmt Staff is great. And of course the food was delicious. In this day and age good services hard to find, but with this Mgmt Staff, you’ll definitely find it.

My first time at a KFC store and it was the worst experience. I was well attended by the cashier, but suddenly the cook started yelling at my daughter, a child who didn’t understand the English of this rude person, shouting and wanting to know whose name the order was under. My daughter started crying, I understood and immediately gave my name, comforted my daughter, picked up my order, and left. I will never go back to this place again. Anyone who leaves home to work should know that serving the public requires politeness and excellence.

Today I would like to give 5 stars to both the General Manager Kenneth and the Cook Darion for their fantastic and wonderful customer service. They were extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, patient and nice. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend this location.

Folks I would not patronize this location especially using the online order process. For me to take this stance and remember months after the incident says a lot, because I am normally gracious even sometimes allowing 2 bad experiences before this type of response.

I placed the order and couldn’t pick it up my paid for and ready order because the inside was closed @ 8pm and the drive-thru was backed up with cars ordering it took 35-40 minutes, when I finally got to the window. I requested a cancellation of my order and a refund of my $, I was told by the shift manager they can’t refund online orders, WOW!

Came all the way from Florida haven’t ate in 9 hours pulled up to the drive through and when I say I was so stunned with how wonderful the entire staff customer service was amazing. They made sure my food came out fresh and ask me if I needed anything else If it’s not Calvin, Naomi, & Felicia on shift I don’t want it . They were top tier from the time I ordered to the time my food was handed to me .. 10/10 Thanks KFC⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got the nugget combo. Served cold with a slider bun. They didn’t have any biscuits which was a disappointment. If I knew that, I would definitely would have not eaten here. My husband said “ his meal was the worst meal he had all year.

Went to KFC last night, there wasn’t a line so we thought that the food would come out quickly. We were wrong, ended up waiting 30 mins for 4 snack wraps and a pot pie. Why it took so long was because the lady on the register said that the pot pies were in the oven and it would be a 2 min wait. But in reality she meant a 22 min wait. So we waited for over 30 mins. The guy that finally handed us the food said that the pot is going to be worth it. When we got the food, it was mediocre. So honestly i don’t think you should wait 30mins for anything in a fast food menu.

We ordered a huge order for a work event on 12/8. I am AMAZED at how friendly, kind, and helpful the staff was! Everything was hot and ready when I arrived, and staff members helped pack my car. 10 out of 10 service today!
