I did not receive my food order correctly. This has happened several times. I spoke with the manager and she was very very rude to me. I was supposed to receive coupons in the mail almost a year ago for a different mistake and never got it. I told her and she did not care and says thats how they do things. Very disappointed in service. The Jackson street taco bell is terrible. The other one is alot better. The manager there is very friendly unlike her on Jackson street.

Constantly gets every order I get wrong. If I order through the drive through, wrong. If I go through the app, wrong. If I go in person still somehow wrong. Get these kids to learn how to do a very simple thing, read.

I’m sick and tired of going through the drive through and not getting all of my food, if they don’t step up there game there gonna lose several customers. At this point there as terrible as the McDonald’s next to them. And McDonald’s can’t even get orders correct, they always got about three things wrong.

Let’s start this out by saying I found a bug in my food. It made me sick. There was also a long wait and horrible customer service. The manager told us on the phone she would speak to us when we came back for a refund. She did not come and speak to us. The person at the window was rude, and didn’t even say hello.

Went here for a quick meal & after I ordered at the kiosk I waited for longer than I was expecting, about 15 minutes. The rice bowl was very poor tasting & they served undercooked rice. I do not recommend getting the rice bowl. The other food I ordered was ok.

Restaurant was cleanly. Service was very slow. Orders were accurate, but sloppily thrown together. I’ll give it to these young adults / teens working, though. They were focused and level-headed on the job with their hands full with drive thru and take out orders.

They need to train their drive thru staff to actually listen to the customers before cutting them off and taking the complete order! Hey just a thought maybe they should ask if there is anything else the customer would like! Oh the also need to be held accountable for not listening instead of telling the customer that it’s not the staff’s fault!! If I could leave a zero for this location I would!!! Staff is Very Rude!!!!!
