Why Is it every time I order food it takes over 30 minutes to make it. It’s also expensive, unhealthy, and borderline illegal that you can raise the prices for delivery plus have a delivery fee. The monopoly game is running and there are items that you could buy with the stickers and they promote this but when you get it, the stickers no longer exist. So you wasted the money to buy a specific product for the chances of winning a fairy tale prize. Everyone of the items in the picture is supposed to have a sticker but only one has a sticker.

I had a business meeting in the area and got a message that they were running about an hour late. I decided to have lunch and since this McDonalds was about five minutes away I decided to have lunch here. The staff was friendly when they greeted me and directed me to the touch screen to order. I did try it and found it easy to use. I ordered a la carte items, coffee, small fries, small nuggets and a McDouble with bacon and cheese. My food came out quickly and the fries were piping hot. My order was correct and the food was as expected. I have now been to this location several times mostly for the McCafe drinks as this is where I wait before my meetings nearby.

I haven’t eaten at any McDonald’s location in 5 years. Just so happened I had my 3 year old grandson with who wanted a cheeseburger happy meal so I promised him. This is why it’s so important to double check your children’s food or just cook at home. My immediate thoughts were OMG my baby is going to end up in the hospital. I plan on contacting the Health Department

Claimed that they never received my mobile order even though someone at the drive thru said they got it on their end. No one was helpful when it came to solving my issue. When I asked for the drink I paid for from order, I was told I would have to go back around and reorder it. This used to be my favorite location but now I wouldn’t recommend at all. I ordered a double filet fish meal with extra tarter sauce. I must say this is the best filet o fish I have had from a McDonald’s in years. The fish was so hot and crispy. They put just the right amount of extra tarter on it. My fries were hot, fresh and salted perfectly. Jose was nice and professional. I definitely will be back to order my fish from this location every time. I came in, ordered and was out quickly. Thank you to everyone who prepared my meal. This really made my lunch break that more satisfying and my day ! Keep up the great work guys your efforts are not unnoticed !

My family and I ate here lastnight, y’all I had fish meal, they had 5 dollars meal, when I say five minutes after eating I was on the toilet with a trash can for hours, I just informed management her response was she was working lastnight.lady no staff wear gloves while handling food they slide food across the table.no paper like they used back then, you get ignored if you order inside fries chicken sandwich always spoiled taste like old grease I wouldn’t wished what I just went through on no one reminded of how the White Castle burger do you.

I haven’t personally had a bad experience here. The food is consistent. The drive thru staff is always very polite. Have they messed up an order or forgotten an item, yes. But, they are right 95% of the time. They have 2 drive thru lanes, plenty of parking for dining in. There are 2 ways to get into and out of the parking lot.

Always getting the orders wrong. Or instead of giving me a new cup and different pour of coke, I got a large Coke in two cups. So, where was that broken cup sitting? Did any counter filth get into the cup before they put the coke in the cup? This franchise McDonald’s needs to be looked at from corporate. Generally speaking all of the McDonald’s in Mansfield Ohio do a poor job across the board.
