If you want Arby’s in this town come to this location because they are fast efficient and polite. The other Arby’s off of main street are rude and you wont get what you ordered, plus they only have minimal staff. I ordered the meat 3 box here and I got it hot and fresh with everything I ordered. Amazing customer service!!

I am disappointed in the service i received tonight. I came through the drive through with my bf and we ordered a 3 strip meal, a slider, and two sets of curly fries. It took over 20 minutes to get our food due to only one person working the drive through who was on a call with a friend while she was taking our order. We had gone inside twice to figure out what was taking so long, the first time there was only one person inside doing everything, and the second two more people came inside to help. The cashier had asked what we needed, and after we told him he immediately went onto his phone after realizing he couldn’t do anything. We also noticed the woman making food only had one glove on, while the other didn’t have any and she had on long nails that could’ve transferred germs into the food. I am unhappy because we were not informed of why we were waiting so long, and because 5 cars that were behind us got their food before we did. Their attitudes were very rude and dismissive, and customer service was not there. They didn’t try to make the situation better after we had complained and messed up one of our fries.

Tried the Philly cheese steak from Arby’s along with the strawberry lemonade. I gotta say it was amazing. I love a good Philly cheese steak sandwiches, and Arby’s definitely has it. The food was ready once I came through the door. Definitely will be making another visit here.

I went to try the new Philly cheesesteak sub, and when I got home to actually eat it, the sub was burnt. I went back to Arby’s and told them, they didn’t say anything and just left me waiting at the window.. They didn’t apologize or even told me what they are going to do about it.. after about five minutes they came back and just gave me another one and didn’t say nothing. Just hand me the bag and closed the window

Employees were nice & greeted me when I came inside. I had a “decent” amount of meat on sandwiches & food was hot & tasted fresh. The dining room was clean. Restroom was clean & actually had soap/ warm water/ toilet paper And paper towels! Would go back again.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Floor was so sticky feet was sticking to it. Food all over all the tables. Asked for a washcloth to wipe the table so we could sit and was told “no, only workers handle that.” Asked if someone could wipe down a clean table and they refused. Condiment station had gnats everywhere. There were no napkins. Place was absolutely boiling hot and others were complaining and requesting temperature change. There was a family in front of us with a language barrier asking for the steak bite bowl. Gentleman taking orders was just scoffing and blowing hot air at them just to tell them “oh we outta steak. Sorry.” This is a mess

The woman who took my order was very helpful to myself and my husband. As we waited, I realized the same woman was making all the food as well. The more I watched the more I was impressed. She hustled and never complained. Thanks, Alicia, for not only doing your job, but doing it real good. We don’t see much of that in fast food resturants.

Terrible food! We stopped for lunch and tried these roast beef and brisket sandwiches. They had a ton of Mayo on them, the cheese wasn’t melted, the fried onions were cold and overcooked and the brisket was undercooked. We were traveling so we were on the road by the time we started eating these disgusting sandwiches. I completed a review from the restaurant receipt, but never heard back from the restaurant. Last time wasting my money here.
