Why I gave one star is because the food portion is small, the service is very bad, the atmosphere is very noisy, you can’t hear each otherй There are a lot of people and the music is loud. I ask the manager to turn the music down. And so many people can’t hear each other, you can’t even talk on the phone. If you want to have a snack here, I don’t recommend it. It’s better to take food with you.

Raising Cane’s near UC is fantastic! Courteous staff, super-fast service, and a great atmosphere make every visit enjoyable. The chicken fingers are always fresh, crispy, and delicious. Perfect spot for a quick bite or hanging out with friends. Highly recommend to anyone craving quality food and excellent service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got Cane’s last friday night and it was great, but the fake security guard at the door was really rude. Returned again last night and waited patiently in line again, before a ton of people cut in front of us. We thought this meant we were able to walk in, and upon entering, the security guard said nothing to us. However, a little after he started saying stuff to himself, still not saying anything to us though. Then, he let the people who were behind us in, and we were a bit confused as they were standing in the direct area, while we were by the trash can. The guard then said we were “not cutting in [his] line,” even though we had been waiting patiently. The man who was behind us in line spoke to him two different times, saying “Sir, I promise you they were right in front of us in line,” and both times the guard said he didn’t care. Honestly just left and started to cry on the way out because of how rude the man was, and because all I wanted was a bit of chicken. Never going again, hate the stupid Cane’s Bouncer. He’s mean and targets women for sure.

So disappointed with my Canes order. 2 box combos were missing multiple tenders and no extra sauce was provided even though I paid for them. I don’t understand, were they rationing?? Also I ordered large drinks and was given mediums. One drink was supposed to be an Arnold Palmer and turned out to only be a lemonade. Is that what we’ve come to? Clearly something going on at this location. There are literally 4 items of food on your menu how do you mess that up.

Great chicken just like at all Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers locations. There is zero parking. You have to park in a nearby commercial parking lot or park on the street paying with an online app. However you pay for parking in either of these two ways by card, no cash.

This is our favorite location. Mad props to the employees who are absolutely always the most friendly and kind. We go here every time we are in town. The tea is the best too.

Chicken tasted like burnt plastic and had some sort of black, tendon looking thing sticking out of it. Maybe it was just luck of the draw and I got a real rough batch, but still. I haven’t gone back since but I’m not against giving it a second chance. Otherwise a pretty standerd Canes, fries were good, bread tasted a tad stale, and my root beer was solid. Solid location being right in front of the freshman dorms and being open till 2am makes it a good midnight snack option.

The food could be considered good if the security guards didn’t make everyone feel like they’re criminals trying to break in. The guards just target minorities and women when we’re just trying to eat
