It seemed as if my items were just tossed in the bag, as they were finishing up the tacos one of the works said that the taco was broken but still gave it to me, I’m not understanding why I had to wait 10 minutes and my food was still cold but I was only waiting for a taco when I came to the window, so how is my food cold? My chicken in my burrito was burnt, I couldn’t even eat my burrito cause it was ripped almost all the way through, the cinnamon twists were stale. This is the worst Taco Bell location I’ve been to.

Came in around 11 me and a couple truckers to buy food they turned us all around and said we couldn’t order thru the drive thru because we were in a semi. But let there family members in shortly after . I think it’s pretty unprofessional and ghetto. They lost lots of money because of it . Truckers bring in lots a money due to where your location is. Hope for better experiences for the future. Turned many more around

Stopped quick to grab some food from here. To my understanding this restaurant closes at 3am. So that was the whole point of me stopping here. Btw I drive a semi truck so I parked at the Pilot. I walked over the lobby was closed. So I then proceeded to drive thru window. I was denied service because I wasn’t in a regular vehicle. Ive been to so many other fast food restaurants and they’ve allowed for me to order at drive thru window. This was extremely upsetting. I hope management changes this. There are many drivers that are in need of food at these hours.

Came here for my break today, I have a 45 minute break, work not even 5 minutes down the road. Complete waste of time. I come here often and service is always great, couple mean folks. Don’t plan on coming here again.

What’s the point of going through the drive-thru if you’re going to send all or most of your customers to park and wait for their food. Also it is a very bad experience to come and order something just to see an angry face at the window.

Worst customer service I’ve seen. Food was wrapped horrible, ladies bathroom discussing, no water in the toilet, couldn’t flushed. We wanted to verify the order and the personnel were not even paying attention.
