The last two times we’ve been here it was terrible. One time the food took 45 minutes to get to us then some of it was cold.
Then last night we went for a birthday dinner. We had the most unenthusiastic rude waitress I have ever seen. Not one smile. She spilt a drink on my phone and didn’t say sorry or anything. She told my brother take your drink with a rude tone. She loudly told my mom to speak up and rolled her eyes. Once we got the food my wings were cold and fries were slightly burnt and dried out. Never coming to this restraunt again.

Food took forever got there at 510 didnt leave til 640. Terrible service asked for a drink had to remind to go get it. Grill cheese was burnt not just one but 2 having kids to expect to eat them wasnt happening. They weren’t happy thankfully they did remake them. Had to go back in because of server not typing in rewards. Manager was nice and did correct it. Never had such a problem even on weekend night. Just over all wasnt what I expected for customer service. Worst experience.

Food was great, waitress sucked and never once came back to our table to ask if we needed refills or even to bring us out food. The young man from the kitchen did great doing her job for her. She should probably not have a job any longer and they should make that bus boy a waiter. Worst experience at Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever encountered. I truly enjoy my local Buffalo Wild Wings store as I can order online from my office, go enjoy a beer and relax for a few minutes before I head home. They also have some very good wing specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our local store in Galesburg Illinois. I am always greeted with enthusiasm at the takeout station as well as at the bar. The only complaint I have is it is very noisy in the store and if you’re trying to carry a conversation with someone that is difficult. On the other hand, it is the best place to go watch any type of sports imaginable! We usually go with the wings and fries, but recently we tried their hamburgers and we’re very impressed!

Easy and relaxed atmosphere on a Sunday, perfect for mom and me time with my son. We had the appetizer platter and split a bacon cheeseburger. Total for 2 was $45. Kyla was our server and from the very first time she spoke to us she was kind, fun, and full of energy! We couldn’t have asked for better service. We will definitely be back soon!

Update: the chicken strips and wings were undercooked and raw inside and we’d asked for the strips to be well done. We took them home to cook them but they weren’t good. The waitress who didn’t refill our drinks, didn’t ask about our only eating the fries. She had really long nails so cleanliness was also a concern. We ordered the lunch special, paid and left. When we got hoke we noticed we were charged full evenings price.
There is really no excuse for any of this. The food was brought to us within a few minutes of ordering. The outside was crispy which meant the oil was hot enough buy they didn’t let it cook long enough. It was not busy

Theist time we got celery and carrots with our wings, the celery was half rotten and the carrots dry. I’d skip them. There are a lot of options for sauces. If you don’t like anything too hot, stop at honey BBQ, which has just a tiny bit of spice. The service was great.
