Stop today, my wife and I had a pretty common bowl meal. Good food and satisfactory service. Tables were less than desirable, trash was full and the beverage area lacked attention. Nothing to keep me from going back but just some notes. Timeframe 12:20 pm 2/17/26

I ordered Uber Eats from this location. They must be getting paid for least ingredients given.. so sad to open a half empty bowl. Extremely stingy on the rice, corn salsa, chicken, and lettuce and over compensated by drowning my bowl with sour cream and cheese.

BIG KUDOS to all employees at this store tonight! I was denied service at the other location on N Chatham because employees decided to stop making food 20 minutes until close and inconvenience customers so they could get off quicker. Who runs out of rice when you’re still open for 20 more minutes? Not a single employee there was concerned. I had to race to this location before close. Everything was clean and all the food was still out! I was greeted warmly, immediately and served with a smile! This location clearly cares about their customers and takes pride in doing a good job. I would love if this review made a positive impact on anyway for the two ladies and gentleman who were working tonight, Tuesday at 10:50 pm. Thank you for making me feel welcome and for being stand up workers. It was appreciated!

Usually this location is my Go To. They closed the pickup drive thru window at 9:00pm when this location is open until 11:00pm.. service was SLOW when the restaurant wasn’t too busy. And whomever rolled this burrito needs trained again.

Portion control is “out of control”. It’s like they’re getting paid extra commission to give less. I had to ask for more like 3 times. To be paying $20 for what I used to pay $12 you’d think they’d stop trying to serve us like if our meal was a kids meal. Also rice is too hard at times, it makes the meal inedible at that point. Lastly we know this is the most stingy location up north. But please have stuff even an hour and a half before close. I’ve gone several times later in the night and they are out of 4-5 things and just say yeah we’re not making any more. You’re a restaurant. You should have everything regardless of time. Maybe make a smaller batch?

My only complaint- I was there on Thanksgiving Eve. They had a promo going on for a BOGO Free Entree that I didn’t know about when I went in. The line was so long. The woman in front of me ordered her food before 8pm, but it turned 8pm before she got to the register and they refused to give her the discount. Didn’t affect me as I didn’t come here for that, but I feel they should’ve honored her and honestly everyone else in line before 8pm. What happened to guest care and just doing what’s right?

Chipotle was once my favorite Mexican grill food to eat. With prices more than doubling, the quality has sadly declined. We are actually paying more for less. Portions are im sure have become an issue over the past 10 years. But it’s ridiculous to the point you have to beg for generosity when you’re already paying a hefty price tag for fast food.

Ive gone here several times.. and several times I see them fill up the container on the line instead of changing the empty stainless steel bin. Im pretty confident that goes against health code violations. This isnt something ive only seen once. Several times.. by different people.

Very, very poor service. The cashiers were very rude. We ordered a half and half order of two proteins in a burrito, and somehow got charged for double meat, twice. The lady then wanted to argue with us about it. Will not be coming back.

I placed the order at 4:40pm to be picked up at 5:10pm. I arrived at 5:20-5:30. I got there they said they didn’t have the order. I showed them that it was for their store from my phone. So I proceeded to wait an extra 20 ish minutes for them to make it. When I got it and got it home, it was not double steak like I asked and not double veggies like I asked.
