Very friendly staff and a good atmosphere. The burger was good but I was very disappointed on the fry situation. They used to give a good portion of fries, plus the scoop. This does not happen anymore, which I find kind of crazy because for a small you’re playing over $5.

My burger was absolutely delicious. I thoroughly enjoy my burger every time I visit Five Guys. Everything is always cooked to perfection and I love, love the grilled onions on my burger.

Hamburger was not seasoned with salt and pepper. My food was ready quickly but had to ask for my milkshake. The gentlemen that was to make it was to busy talking to coworkers. But once the lady to him to make it fast it was done quickly.

The owner of this Five Guys must be telling his/her employees not to give the extra fries in the bag. I thought maybe this was just a one off situation where a new employee didn’t know what to do with the fries. This is my 3rd time coming back to this location and all 3 times I’ve been skimped on the fries. It’s clear the owner is telling them not to over fill the fries. Since when did Five Guys start doing this!?! It’s always been a “thing”. Everyone knows you get an extra big scoop in the bag. For perspective, I just bought a large and small fry. Look at the picture and judge for yourself. Next time I’ll just go a couple doors down the Red Robin. Cost is about the same, burger quality just as good and they don’t skimp on fries.

I’ve eaten here before and never got around to doing a review. I feel their a bit more on the costly side but usually the food stands out and justifies the price. A large fry is more than enough for two people and their regular burgers are a huge portion as well. I mainly stick to the “little” menu which is a very decent size. This last visit I was disappointed with my burger because it came out very dry. Other than that it’s a wonderful place to have a meal and the burgers are close to the top of my list of burger joints.

*Changed from 2 to 5 stars after hearing back from the General Manager, Ashley and going back. We had a completely different experience the second time. The food was fresh, the portions were generous and the restaurant was clean. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!
This is usually a good location, but I’ve never been shorted fries like this at a Five Guys before. Seems like they ran out and instead of making more, we just got whatever was left (they were also not hot).
The burgers were very good, but the portion size for the cost was not worth it. $5.69 for literally less than 15 fries is insane. Won’t be back for a while.

Got there 10 minutes after opening. Google says they open at 11 but it’s actually 10am-10pm 7days a week. The lady cashier was delightful. We had a big order and she made sure that all of the meals were organized and even provided us with a big takeout box and all of the peanuts we wanted. Although it is a little pricey the food is worth it.

My first time here and actually I’m very impressed with everything we got! Fries were amazing, the burgers were top notch and the hotdog also was pretty good. Was really pricey but the bacon cheeseburger I got was so good making it worth the money.

Good: The food is very good. The hamburgers are thick and juicy. The fries are always hot and I like both the regular and the seasoned. The service is friendly. This is another level than other fast food or quick service restaurants.
The bad: It is very expensive!
Why four stars? It’s good but the prices seem too high for the fast food atmosphere.
