We ordered off the app on 11/20/25 because the in store prices have gotten so high. We were going to order a family 10 piece & was told it was almost $60. I ended up finding a deal through the app but was disappointed with the quality & portion size, not to mention that they forgot something we ordered. We should have checked the bag but it was taped with the receipt on it, hubs just knew everything was in it. He said the service was good though, although they were busy, they were working & the manager made sure no one was on their phone. Now we order some wings & those were delicious. We also ordered a 2 piece & the chicken tasted old & was hard. The sides, which was supposed to be regular size, looked extremely small & wasn’t even filled to the top. The biscuits were off too, like the recipe was changed & were slightly soggy like too much butter but didn’t taste like butter. We paid $34 & was pissed…food is getting to expensive to be mediocre or inedible.

I recently just ordered a family meal. My complaint isn’t pertaining to me, but as I was waiting for my order, One of the team members who seem to be a manager or supervisor of sorts, was telling another worker that they Will be off at nine pm In a hasty angry attitude Followed by cursing them out

If I remember correctly, the guy was African-American yelling at a Coworker who seem to be Latina, other than that, the food and the rest of the rest was great a sweet African-American lady at the front of the desk, fulfilled my order even after they ran out of chicken. She also witnesse When the African-American Coworker was angry As he was walking out the door what should I do understand at high times when Service picks up, but I can’t stand with him in front of customers cussing out his employees or coworkers with Anger like that Infront of customers, no professionalism

Popeyes use to have very good, flavorful chicken. Biscuit were buttery and on point. Red beans and rice was good…..but NOW…..somebody dropped the ball somewhere along the line. The chicken was just ok. Red beans/rice was dry and I didn’t see any beans, just juice. Was horrible!! Biscuits-no butter. The only thing I truly enjoyed, was the coleslaw. Maybe I need to try a different location. Sometimes it’s management and workers that just don’t care!!

My experience at Popeyes was mixed. Upon entering, it was clear that there wasn’t any staff member on duty who cared about the quality of the food, as the general atmosphere and presentation were a little off than usual. The young lady in the orange shirt with beautiful hair and lashes was particularly polite. Though I couldn’t tell if she was the manager, if she was, she seemed like the type who just wants to get the shift over with rather than ensuring everything runs smoothly.

One frustrating moment was when I was told I couldn’t get the boneless wings in a combo, only the bone-in ones. When I asked why, she simply stated she didn’t know, which was disappointing. As a result, I had to order everything a la carte, which added up quickly—$19.44 for six pieces of boneless BBQ wings, a biscuit, a strawberry biscuit, a small order of fries, and a frozen strawberry lemonade.

While most of the food was good, the boneless wings were a letdown. They were chewy and a bit slimy. I returned them, and the lady, likely the manager, had the cooks drop a fresh batch. However, the second batch was just as bad, if not worse. They were extremely meaty and chewy—a complete waste.

Various staff members were on their phones. Others taking part in conversations ignoring the fact that it was a line of people. Ughh it’s unfortunate because I came here yesterday and they were twice as busy but the food was top tier. And the customer service was amazing! Clearly you can tell it’s nothing more than a bunch of young adults who rather be somewhere else other than work. People work hard and pay their hard earned money for food that’s trash not to mention a bad experience that’s trash as well! As you can see see in the photos I got so fed up I just through everything in the box and in the trash it went!!!

Overall, I’m sure if it were daytime and the usual management were on duty, the quality of the food would have been better and the whole experience itself would’ve just been better! When you know better you do better!

Placed mobile order, went to pickup. Was told they had no chicken. It was an hour after opening. How can a chicken joint not have any chicken? Now I see why there were no long lines like there used to be at this location. Felt sorry for the woman working the drive-through that has to deal with that, she was nice enough. Gave her a Star.

My experience here was terrible. I was offered a replacement order. I am declining. Never will I ever order again. The only good thing was the drink. I wanted large but they only had medium. I feel sorry for the people that have no other choice but to buy from this Popeyes…. Such a big disappointment

You haven’t been open for even an hour and I had to pull up to have my food brought out to me, and it was cold. Why am I pulling up and you’re not busy? Whomever is working the drive thru sounds miserable. If you didn’t want to work you should’ve called off or better yet quit.

Do Not Order Here!
I ordered a chicken sandwich with lemonade & fries only to be told they don’t have any of the items for my order. No chicken sandwiches, No fries, No lemonade.
This has happened to me multiple times where I order online, the order gets accepted then I’m later told they don’t have the items for my order. It’s even worse trying to order in the drive through there, they never say what they are out of, they just let you ask for every item on the menu while telling you they are out. How does a chicken fast food restaurant run out of chicken so regularly?

The manager was great letting the workers know to offer patrons a drink since we were waiting for our orders but they didn’t keep up with it and it seems we ALWAYS have to wait on chicken to cook and on a Friday they should be more prepared

I don’t know who the new managers are but let me tell you this place has done a 360! The employees were all polite, my food was hot and fresh . My only complaint is it was extremely cold inside… needed a winter coat. My order number was 95… early evening.
