Ordered Bacon egg and cheese burritos. Specifically told them I wanted crispy bacon. Got home Bacon was not even half way cooked. Went back to complain and they re did them, came home and again Bacon was maybe halfway cooked!! Never again!! I even asked them if they knew what crispy bacon was and they said yes. Obviously they don’t, I wouldn’t even give it to my dog!! Disgusting and gross!!

The dude who came out with my order told me exactly what my order was supposed to be. Then I took a sip and not coke to my surprise like he said my order was. It was sweet tea. Didn’t exchange already left. Lucky I like sweet tea or else I really would have been pissed. But really how are going to come with my order tell me what I ordered and it’s not what I ordered. Ridiculous.

Sat there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. No one spoke, no one came over. If you’re only taking mobile orders then don’t allow people to use the screens? Or if you’re not using the button then maybe tape over it or say something so people don’t waste there time. Honestly disappointed. Last time I went wasn’t great either as they forgot half our food and some of it was burnt. Will be avoiding this sonic from now on

Everything was bad. We ordered in advance and when we arrived, we waited an additional 35 minutes for someone to come out and provide us with our food that we pre-ordered in advance online. There was zero compassion, or any apology for the long wait.

If Sonic would just take care of their people and put more people on their staff they would make a ton of money. I sat. I got spoken to by somebody and then I was promptly ignored. The red button never came back. Nobody ever came back. I’m telling you right now those people are overworked. Obviously if it was as busy as it was, they should have someone who could take the orders full-time and not have to go back into the back and cook or do anything else. That place was packed and I’m certain that Sonic is not paying those people nearly what they deserve and they are not staffing. Sonic does not need to make so much stinking profit that regular people can’t even get their food. It’s ridiculous not to mention the cost of food
