The bread is good. My issue is that they don’t display prices, so you don’t know what you’ll pay. I’ve bought the same amount of bread multiple times and paid a different amount each time—the highest being $27. I’m not sure if the price varies depending on who’s at the register. I’d appreciate them displaying the price of each bread so I know what to expect. Please be upfront about prices and provide a receipt so I’m not left wondering what I’ll pay and can do my own calculations.

I called to order a cake, and I specifically said I wanted dogs, not just one single basic picture of a dog, and that’s what they did. I also spelled the name out various times to the lady on the phone & I even texted her my name & she still got it wrong!! When I mentioned these things, all her daughter said was, “Oh well, she gets confused.” “she makes mistakes,” etc. That’s so unprofessional. On top of that, they didn’t even give me a box!! Just a box that didn’t fit or one too big. I’m never ordering a cake again, and if you think about ordering one, just order it somewhere else.

We stopped in one day to see how it was and were pleasantly surprised on how nice and tasty everything looked. We picked up about seven various pastries and the price of $15 for those was very fair. I really loved the cream horns! They have multiple items every time we’ve been in and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I’ve given this place a couple tries. Bread is honestly not good. Only thing good is the jalapeño cream cheese bolillo. I gave the cakes a shot and ordered my son one for his birthday here. They wrote down his name and when I went to go pick it up they had his name wrong!! I was so upset. The girl working said she would try to fix it. She came back and the cake looked like s**t. It literally looked like my 3 year old had written on it! And to top it off, it was the worst cake I’ve tried in my life. It was dry, no flavor. Save your money and don’t waste your time getting a cake here!

Worst experience ever! I ordered a cake here and when I went to pick it up they didn’t have it. I showed a receipt and they were rude saying they will see what they can do. I went back for the cake 30 min later and they were horrible! I asked what happened to the design I picked out. The girl in the front said “they don’t do designs in the booklet they have displayed for people to pick out designs”…??? I never once got an apology and was treated with disrespect. Yelling at your customers and giving attitude when you are clearly in the wrong is not right. This is what I told the girl in the front she responded with “it’s ok we have other customers”. I was shocked. I don’t think they really care for there customers. Overall horrible customer service.

I stop by here every morning on my way home from work. They have the best (and fresh) jalapeño and cream cheese bread! My whole family loves their baked goods! Will definitely keep supporting this small business in my little community!

I ordered a cake, which was not ready because cake lady wasn’t there yet to decorate. After telling her I would wait and if she took longer I would go with a basic design she could do, I was thinking about it literally for seconds, when she replyed that I was wasting her time while I decided what I wanted to do. I was speechless, that was very rude. So she decided to take matters into her hands, which I appreciated the effort, but if she’s not a cake decorator why even do it. After an issue came up, she showed me the cake which was plain white to which I asked her if it would be possible to add color. She said she would need to clean the frosting off and start all over, I stayed quiet thinking how we can get that solved. I could tell she was already frustrated and before I could say anything she just told me if I wanted to take the cake as is or get a refund and that the cake’s price was at 50$ to which she had only charged me 40$, so she just wiped mad the frosting off the dripping tres leches cake with her bare hands. At that moment I was just like ” NO” so I just got my money back.
