Not too sure what has happened to this location but I feel that it has gone downhill. Used to be absolutely fine before but I’ve been noticing that it seems that they don’t really want to focus on customer service or just basic offerings from corporate.
Went here after my morning class to get a quick bite before work and they claimed to not be participating in the global Popeyes coupons and deals that you see on the app. They even said they had to break the news to 15 other people. I didn’t want to go through the hassle so I left and didn’t order anything. I tried to get the 25% off a 3 piece tender meal btw, and they wouldn’t accept the promotion
Besides for that, the previous instance of ordering here was also the 3 piece tender meal but I guess it had gone through before they opted out of the promotions, and I asked if they could do it “extra crispy” or “well done” as I had been doing a few times now. All of a sudden they just told me that they couldn’t do this because “it’s not an option”. I could understand if you don’t want to spend the extra time refrying items, or god forbid actually frying up fresh chicken, but still, the inconsistency is what made me not want to return to this location
I’ll probably just go to a different Popeyes like the one on Rufe Snow or just go to a different place for food like the Taco Bell right next to it… Which is what I ended up doing.. since they actually take my promotions
Maybe you have a better experience than I do, but as far as I’m concerned I will not be giving this location my money for the time being. I’ll probably return once the AI bubble collapses or something

It has been a while since we have eaten inside. The place was clean and inviting. We stood awhile until the young lady at the counter approached us and took our order. What got this to a four star was the older gentleman that gave us noticed when he realized that we did not get our drink. The food was good.

I was anxious to try Popeye’s new wings. What a let down. From driving up to the speaker to place my order, to taking it home and opening the food container, the whole experience was a disaster.
The person taking the order was impossible to understand. I had to repeat the order 3 times until it was correct on the digital display. When I finally got the order and drove away, I wondered to myself, how this place is still in business.
Opening the box at home was my next surprise. 6 so-called wings slopped in mystery sauce.
The whole experience was a complete disappointment. Take your money and go to a place that specializes in wings. Not Popeye’s, who is trying to act like the big boys and has totally failed.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now after having a horrible experience with the one down the road behind Walmart. Last time I visited they were doing renovations. I have to tell you EVERY TIME I visit I’m greeted with smiles and great hospitality! The food is always super fresh! Oh and they’ve updated the building it’s very nice! So happy I was in the area and decided to have a quick lunch

For the second time they messed up my order, but this time worse because the way that the drive through workers makes a fun their customers. After a long time waiting when there’s nobody on the line, finally a girl decides to take the order, as soon I was trying to ask her for the family size order, the guy jumped in and started taking my order and I can hear that they make jokes about me thinking that I’m from California because of my license plate. I got to the window and the guy started, you’re far away from home sir. Me, no sir I’m your neighbor and it’s a rental car. The guy, ohhh though you were Californian

Excellent service’s . David help one of his workers bring out my food and he made sure I had enough condiments to take home the employee went back and brought a bag with some. Will come back to this location even though the one on Bedford Rd is closer but due to a worker there nope.

The dining room is never open. While the service is relatively prompt and the staff is friendly, the food has gone downhill in the last few years. I have been a few times, and the last few times left my family and I distinctly feeling like we did not get our money’s worth out of the dinner.
