Was excited to go here today because normally we love Five Guys. Our burgers and fries were dry and cold. My burger had one thin slice of mushroom and 3 strings of grilled onion. The fries were about 1/2” each. Worst meal ever!

Great food as always. Really good French fries that were cut to perfection. Burger was perfect as always. They dealt with the plethora of customers with ease. Had no problems. Enjoyed every burger I got from there for sure.

Customer service was fantastic. The employees were very efficient in the food and hospitality they presented even with a full house. I was very hungry & very pregnant lol I was not disappointed by any means. We were in and out quickly! I wish I had pictures of the food, but just take my word for it

I’ve been hesitant about writing a review for 5 guys but tonight was the final straw. First of all, we weren’t greeted upon entry. The cashier just gave us a blank stare. Had I been a shopper, they would’ve failed right then. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a well done burger, bit into it and it was raw! Today, my fries are burnt! This location is falling off slowly but surely. For the price you pay, the quality is NOT there! Do better!

The number that they provide does not work I have had a wonderful experience with them up until today. I placed an order for pick up and was told an hour later that the items that I ordered was unavailable, which makes absolutely no sense because you can never run out of french fries and bread and cheese I contacted customer service a multitude of times and was never given a response back. I am very disgusted with their Professionalism as far as making sure customers are satisfied and serviced appropriately.
