This is your most liked item on your food list and it’s not even editable. Description is so fake. Bacon all fat and clearly uncooked in a microwave, no cheese as described and bread looks like this upon opening so called double bacon egg and cheese croissant. What a waste of time and money. You should be ashamed of serving this. I’d be sick if I consumed this. Disgusting and unacceptable!

Worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. How is it possible to wait 20 minutes for a latte ordered through a mobile order? They kept preparing lobby orders and didn’t pay attention to mine. They need to address this in their customer service if they don’t want to keep losing customers, they won’t be seeing me there again.

We stopped by the Starbucks at the Tanger Outlet in North Charleston while doing a bit of shopping, and it turned out to be a great little break in the middle of a busy day. Even though the outlet was buzzing with activity, this location had a surprisingly calm and welcoming vibe.
The staff was friendly, patient, and kept things moving quickly—even with a steady flow of customers. Our drinks were made just the way we ordered them, and the service felt personal, not rushed or mechanical. You could tell the team knew what they were doing and still managed to stay upbeat.
The seating area was clean, and the whole space was well-kept despite how many people were coming through. The restrooms were also clean, which always matters, especially when you’ve been out and about for a while.
It was the perfect spot to pause, recharge, and enjoy a few quiet minutes with a coffee before heading back out to explore the shops. Whether you’re traveling or just out for some retail therapy, this Starbucks is definitely worth the stop.

In the Tanger outlet mall. Service is fast as always. I ordered over my phone when I was about five minutes away. My coffee was sitting on the counter and it was fixed exactly the way I liked it . I always get the same thing – an iced caramel macchiato with an espresso shot and raw sugar.
It is very kid friendly. Not a big place but there is plenty of outdoor seating where you could bring your dogs.
There is one couch and a few tables but not as many as the bigger Starbucks in the areas. Wi-Fi is pretty strong. I haven’t ever really seen people working on the inside. I do see people sitting on the outside quite often.
Many nice restaurants, Sam’s, Walmart, hotels are nearby.
Starbucks is very easy to get to . It is next to one of the parking entrances.

How hard is it to follow directions? Surely a third grader can read light whip. There is none, not even a speck. Also, vanilla cream cold bread missing the foam smh. This place is a joke. Sadly, I work near here, and we all make coffee runs, but it won’t be from here any longer.

Dear management. Check your staff on 09/08/2024 at 6:45 PM. They had 5 people on staff. 2 people yawning and doing nothing talking about AP classes. One girl messing up everyone’s coffee. There’s 2 registers.. and a big line. Only one being used.. sometimes. They scammed an 8 year old on their dragon fruit drink. It came with no dragonfruit.. and very light pink. When asked they said “that’s how it comes with no ice”. Not facts. Just mistakes all around, pure negligence. And worst of all, everyone was rude an insufferable.
Also, half of baked goods were all out. How do you run out of frozen baked goods? Either someone’s not taking inventory. Or they just don’t wanna refill stock.

If I could go beyond a five point star, I would the young lady name Aja that served me this morning here at the Tanger Outlet truly brought tears to my eyes. I was already having a rough morning with my daughter and to see her say have a great day on my cup it made me cry, and I can’t thank her enough for that message!!!!!

Watched the manager on duty tell one employee to take a break despite having a full store. Waited 30 minutes for a singular drink we ordered online, in addition to a 15 minute wait in a line of 3 customers to buy a mug.
