We frequently get large mango teas from any Popeyes location we’re near at the time. We usually get the large white paper cups. We went through the drive thru at this location. Our receipt said 2 large mango iced teas but when we got to the window, they handed us a medium, clear cup. Questioned if it was a large and they said they can only do medium because of the mango syrup. It doesn’t matter what type of cup you put it in; there’s no certain size cup mango syrup can go in; the product is the same right? They handed us one tea and said they needed to make some more tea so we needed to pull around to the front and wait. Waited 10 minutes, never handed us the second mango tea. Paid for 2 large mango teas, only gave us 1 medium. Didn’t even offer a refund. Will not come to this Popeyes location again.

I came to this Popeyes and my point stands as this Popeyes NEVER gets your order right. Juan at the register walked up and started staring at me no hi’s or welcomes and proceeds to ask me to constantly repeat items and never asks anything else or says the total or anything he looked upset and mad the whole time and didn’t help at all the lady jn the back was nice but I ordered 3 sandwiches for my family and I, upon other things and I come home to realize half the food isn’t even on the recipe. Being that Popeye’s is a chicken place you would expect they would at least be able to make a decent piece of fried chicken. Well you would be sadly mistaken in this case. The chicken was barely seasoned, the Cajun fries were cold and the “home style” Mac and cheese had a metallic taste to it. Add to that the portions were pathetically small considering the price paid and that about sums up the 1 star rating.

Not sure what happened to the old crew (July-ish 2023) but the new evening crew is pretty awful. I asked for a meal and they told me to come to the first window without completing the order (drink, side) or telling me the final cost. When I got to the window I gave them the rest of my order and they said they “don’t do meals anymore”
They then added all of the meal items separately, which costs more, and when I asked them why / how do they “not do meals anymore” they got mad about it saying “whatever, don’t argue with them, they always think they’re right even when they’re wrong”. Eventually, they did ring up the order in their system as a >meal< (imagine that). I moved out of line to check the order and realized they forgot the sauce. I tried to go inside to get it and they refused to open the door and told me to walk around to the drive-thru window, interrupting the line of cars still ordering.
I ended up getting a different sauce (because they were out of the one that they had already charged me for) and went home and found that the side (Mac & cheese) was barely half full and the chicken is cold.

They messed up my order again… I even called someone at this Popeyes location and they said they would fix it for me. I have been craving a spicy chicken sandwich and they keep giving me regular… sincerely,

Pretty bad when you order a simple family meal combo and they still screw that up. Forgot all 8 biscuits, (and apparently math is really hard for them because after all that they still only gave us 7). No apologie when called on it just an attitude.Chicken was dry and over cooked, pretty sure it sat under a heat lamp half the day, same with the macaroni, top inch was like rubber. Can’t wait for fast food restaurants to go automated. Not to mention the insane prices you pay now for subpar food. Krispy Krunchy is twice as good and cost half as much, lesson learned. Also, here’s a photo of what counts as 3 pieces of your $50 16 piece meal, and the half filled sides.

Ordered food through the app (6 piece tender with 2 sides and 2 apple pies). I got 2 1/2 tenders, 2 sides and 2 apple pies. 1 biscuit in the box and 1 biscuit outside of the box). I lived too far to go back.

Be careful when ordering large family meal. Make sure they give you the correct amount of pieces. I order 16 pieces and only receive 15 pieces. The best part, I called to provide feedback on their quality control. I mention to them they need to take time to count better, the same person who took my order said they gave one extra piece and that I was wrong. ♂️
