I got the chicken tenders platters. My chicken was way overcooked and hard to cut off. They were also bland in taste. Mashed potatoes was just ok. The salad though was awesome. Our waiter was also very nice and good.

We walked in and asked for a booth. The young lady said she would need to clean one off which was fine. She got it ready and seated us. We had menus but no silverware or napkins. We waited for about 15 minutes and no one came to get our order. I finally went up front and asked the girl if someone was going to wait on us. A few minutes later a young man stopped at the table to tell us our waiter was at the end of the room taking care of a large table and would be with us as soon as he could. He then walked away but I guess decided he could at least get our drink order. We then sat patiently waiting when we heard a table of men being waited on that had arrived after us and it was by the man who was supposed to be waiting on us.He finally came to us next and took our order.After getting our order, he waited on another man who had come in after us and got his order. We saw the girl bringing food, thinking it was ours but of course it belonged to the man who had ordered after us.He brought our food next but we didn’t realize that we hadn’t been brought any silverware or napkins. I got up to find someone to ask for some and the man who had taken our drink order asked in what seemed to me a rude tone what I needed. The food was really good but the service and atmosphere were disappointing to say the least. We’re not from here but have been staying here for my husband to get his cancer treatments. We have come to this restaurant many times and had good experiences. Not sure what was going on tonight but we were not happy.

I always enjoy stopping by Bob Evans. The food is consistently comforting and satisfying like classic homestyle meals done right. The breakfast is my go-to esp when I want something filling and familiar and the portions never disappoint. Definitely one of my favorite comfort food places in the area.

From the minute we walked in the server just wasn’t very excited to be there. She came out on the phone texting then seated is and just didn’t seem very excited. The food was okay, but was pretty bland and I felt honestly like they purchase their own microwave meals to serve in the store. Lot more live could be taken into the food and the spices etc. Didn’t get a refill on a soda or coffee even though we were there for about an hour. We were never asked. I won’t be coming back here and I’ll be avoiding chain restaurants following the pandemic as they clearly have taken for granted their customer base.

Last visit was years ago. In the area and had a BE gift card which were reasons to stop in. Arrived at 11:30. Very few diners there. Took a bit for someone to figure out who was seating people.
Waitress was a very competent Megan. Rather chilly when a warmer room would have been great on a cold rainy Fall day. All window blinds were closed adding to the gloom.
Ordered the slow simmered beef pot roast. I recall prior orders being steamy robust looking in its serving. This order sure never made the nine hours of slow roasting the menu calls out.
Prior ones had a darker brown gravy. Ingredients seemed more cooked together. Today’s order was many carrots, mashed potatoes, meat and a bit of gravy. Usually there was such an abundance that it would take the two biscuits to absorb the tasty gravy.
In this case not so. Ice tea good. Biscuits eventually arrived. Mostly a place, passable food and nothing special about the lunch.

The service was horrible. We had a party of 8 and sat at 2 separate tables, which was fine, but the food did not come out all at once. One table completely finished their meal and the other table still hadn’t received their food. Meanwhile, tables all around them that had shown up 30-45 minutes afterwards had already been served and finished eating.

Worse food I have ever had! Pancakes are not throughly cooked which it was to late to find out because I had it in my mouth when I found out. The burger has no flavor and was burnt tasting and soggy. Paid for loaded fries and that was a huge joke too! I want my money back.

I ordered some breakfast through a reputed food delivery app. I ordered a simple basic platter with two eggs, house fried potatoes, sausage Patties, and biscuit, along with a coffee. The food was warm and came in a big packet. The biggest disappointment was that they didn’t send any cutleries, tissue, or any condiments like salt and pepper etc. I had to eat with my hands. The coffee came with some milk but no sugar. The food was basic, and decent. But the management should take care about the details while packing so that it comes with tissue, plastic cutleries, etc.
