We stopped in today to celebrate my daughter’s birthday since it’s her favorite place to eat. Joanne, our server was the absolute best. Our food was delicious, our glasses were always full and she kept checking on us regularly. At the end of our meal she brought my daughter a huge ice cream sundae (FREE) and a card signed by the staff!! Such a sweet wonderful thing to do for customers. We were able to use a 20% coupon for our meal and then the manager gave me another 20% coupon for a return visit. Thank you guys so much for making our day special!

Food was delicious!! Service was great and the atmosphere was nice. I haven’t dined at a Red Lobster in many years (before the bankruptcy news) but I definitely plan on visiting this location again. Jenny was a fantastic server 🙂

The cheddar bay biscuits are just as good as I remembered. Had to give it another try after seeing the new CEO’s mission statement. Service is great, prices reasonable and menu had a wide selection. My burger was great but other in my party said their shrimp could have been cooked longer and the chicken was a bit overdone. Otherwise great experience

Me and my husband went here because we just wanted to date night and get out of the house and we had such a good time the server Heather was so sweet. She engaged in conversation with us and had a great fun since of humor personality. Sometimes waitresses can be mean you know or just rush through their job but Heather was stopping at tables that she wasn’t even one and they coming back to us. We were in that girl to death everybody did but she did perfect and I wish I could do a survey on her of the store I asked, but they said I couldn’t so I’m gonna do this review on her instead.

I went with my family including a baby.

Overall, we enjoyed the dinner and it was a nice evening out. I appreciated the ample space to bring in a full size stroller and even though the restaurant was busy by the time we left, we didn’t notice and it didn’t sound noisy.

The food was fine and for these times the price was as expected (not cheap but not exorbitant either). The portions look small, because the plates are so large, but it was enough food to keep our bellies full.

The staff felt like many people were still in training. We did have to wait for a short while to get seated, even though there were servers and tables available. However, everyone was friendly and they did a good job serving us once seated.

Your restaurant management for Valentines Day sucked! My wife made reservations for 7:30 pm. We arrived at about 7:20 but the crowd within the lobby was so large that we were not even able to check in with the hostess stand until about 7:40. We were told that even though we had reservations for 7:30 that we would have to wait another 40 minutes to be seated. We decided to wait…
Sometime around 8:00 another couple waiting to be seated asked how much longer that they would have to wait. They had 7:15 reservations. The “Manager” then check her list and told the gentleman that it would be another half hour for them. He asked why and then “Manager” informed him that they had a lot of people coming in as walk ups in addition to those people who made reservations. He asked why walk ups were getting any seating when they couldn’t even handle those of us with reservations. Good question, I thought. She said that they were on her list… we had trouble even getting to the check in desk to get on her list… not wanting to be rude to others by forcing our way to that check-in stand. Those walk up should have been told “sorry but we are booked souls with reservations tonight”. So much for planning ahead and making reservations.
At 8:30, an hour after our reservation time, I finally asked the “manager” myself what the status of our reservation was… she started to check her list but then without answering me she walked away to check out any available seats, I guess. She came back about 5 minutes later and didn’t even talk to me of answer my question but instead took another walk up and added them to her list. I again asked about the status of our reservations and she then told me that there were about 8 more groups ahead of us.
That was the last straw. I told her that the couple who they just took back to their seats were the ones who immediately checked in ahead of us, even though their reservations were for 7:45. How

We dine at the Sawmill Rd location and it was amazing! Jojo was our server and she deserves a big thumbs up for per professionalism her wit and her knowledge. I hope whoever dines there gets a chance to have her as their server. I must add that the food was excellent and Red Lobster has stepped up their game 110%. Good job and kudos to the whole team and the Company itself!

The Red Lobster of old – a superlative in every sense and no surprise based on the brand transformation underway per the new CEO. From coming to going and everything in between, a delightful experience. Presentation and artistry of food was in particular first class. Complete with a GM (Dianne) sincerely interested in knowing “how’d we do?” and a server (Zane) committed to perfecting his craft. Highly recommend this latest incarnation of the RL brand / this store.
