To be honest, Crazy Rock’N Sushi has quite a few locations in Southern California, but the La Puente location is definitely worth highlighting. Its location is super convenient — it’s close if you’re coming from West Covina, City of Industry, or Rowland Heights. Especially for friends in Rowland Heights, it’s basically on the way for a good sushi meal.
All the sashimi and sushi here are cut fresh right at the sushi bar. The fish looks clean, the fat is delicate, and there’s no unpleasant fishy taste. The best part? The price is really reasonable for the quality — it’s not the kind of place that looks expensive but doesn’t deliver. You can really taste the freshness, and you leave feeling it was totally worth it.

Just visited Crazy Rock’N Sushi (La Puente) and really liked it! The sushi and sashimi were fresh and nicely presented. The cocktails are surprisingly cheap, which is a nice bonus. They also have a BOGO deal on some rolls. The place has a chill vibe and the Sushi Bar area looks cute for photos. Overall, a solid spot for a casual sushi night.

I didn’t have high expectations for this place at first, but after this meal, I’ll definitely be back. After all, they have large portions, fresh ingredients, cheap prices, and I didn’t get the runs afterward. Honestly, how many Japanese restaurants can you find that check all these boxes…

Unfortunately, the male server who took our order today made us feel very uncomfortable. When taking our order, he barely spoke and simply said “mm-hmm” before walking away. When the food arrived, one item was incorrect and another was missing. We had ordered four items in total, but the ticket only showed three, and one of them was wrong.
We informed the food runner that the order didn’t seem right. The male server came over, looked at it, and without saying a word, took the incorrect dish away. He did not apologize, explain, or ask if we would like to reorder the missing items. We had to call him over ourselves to reconfirm our order.
We understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and the unfriendly attitude made the experience unpleasant. We hope the restaurant can improve its service, as we have always enjoyed the food here.
