Ive never been to a place that is so consistently rude to their customers and ive had it. Will no longer be making a stop here when in Dover. Absolutely love Wetzels, but this location is NOT it. Just absolutely disgusting the way they treat you for ordering PRETZELS.

I’ve tried reaching out to management and customer service but no one is available but this is important and needs to be shared somehow.
I went to a hybrid cold stone & Wetzel collab on 3/4/2026 at 6:14pm. The service was good, despite I thought it was weird they had to create 2 separate ring outs for ice cream and a pretzel. However, check out was fine. I ordered a pepperoni pretzel but didn’t get a chance to look at my order before leaving cause I had books in my hands.
When I got in my car minutes later I discovered my pretzel was greasy and well undercooked. As in I can ball it up back into a dough ball. I unknowingly had a few pieces prior to discovery (it was dark in my car) and truly hope I don’t get sick. I added a picture, I had to cut the light on to see it.
