Absolutely ridiculous. I was the only person at the restaurant and was told to pull forward and wait for corn Dogs to be made. Only to get home and realize half The food wasn’t in the bag.Then when i called they said, oh yeah, sorry nothing we can do . We gave you the wrong bag after i’ve traveled twenty minutes home. And being told yeah, there’s nothing we can do about it.Other than try to give you food again.Later. horrendous customer service. Horrible establishment. I don’t understand how the bags got mixed up when I was the only person in the drive through. A Job ment for 16 year olds to accomplish had 5 30+ year old women couldn’t do it. . I would not recommend coming here. Because as I paid $20 for cheese sticks and corn dogs when I ordered and entire meal combo not cheese sticks . Now I gotta go back because they arent capable of putting the right food in a bag or pressing the refund button for the money I spent on something I never wanted .

Had to remake my food, can’t follow the correctly rung up food. Didn’t make the right size drink, and when they did it’s filled so full with ice I got 3 drinks from it. Mistakes that are surely avoidable if they were just paying attention. Bad sonic experience. Do better.

Only care in the lot and still had to watch cars order and get their food before we did. So service is iffy. They walked up and asked if we had order after 25 min of waiting and realized they hadn’t brought out our app order made before we even parked. Hopefully they get better.

If could rate this place a zero I would! I pulled up to get a burger and Stephanie was the one taking my order. She seemed to have a difficult time hearing me so when I spoke up she proceeded to yell back at me. After her attitude I just pulled away. I called later to make this issue known to the manager and the manager could have seemed to care less. INFACT they hung up on me TWICE! Simply embarrassing behavior on both of their behalfs

I went and ordered a drink only through the drive through and was the only person at the whole restaurant. It took 10 minutes to get a medium Dr Pepper. While the whole time I can see multiple people inside just playing on their phone.

Ordered a meal. Tots were too salty to eat. Soda was filled almost to the rim with ice and the drink was watered down. Virtually no syrup mixed in the carbonated water. This place is going down hill fast.

I ordered on the app to pickup at 12:30pm and arrived about that time. The only two items that I ordered were a medium fries with ketchup packets and a small Oreo master shake. I sat there until 12:50pm and watched everyone else get helped before me, and then they came out with only my fries and told me that they do not have any shakes today. I only ordered a shake because it is half price in the app today, which I find it pretty ridiculous that it is this early in the day and they are already out of shakes to begin with. She asked if I would like a blast instead, so I say yes I would like an Oreo blast. Well, the picture is what I received, which looked like it was meant for someone else that had been sitting out because they brought it out in only a minute or two and it already looked melted. Then I take a bit and it has fudge, Reese’s, and cookie dough pieces mixed in, so after all that I didn’t even get my replacement item correct. Also, this picture was taken before I took a bite of it, it was only 75% full to top it all off! Oh and also, they didn’t put my ketchup in the bag that I ordered, as always. This is just a very disappointing experience considering I visit this Sonic very regularly. They could have told me much earlier that they couldn’t make a shake instead of wasting my time and actually made the item I requested as a replacement fresh and correctly.

If you have a fastfood business you must have a working bathroom available for your customers. Those are health department rules. This store refused the restroom to my child. Yes we ordered food

We wanted a quick brunch after church for the kids and one wanted fries. We got home and the fries were old, hard, and cold. Not to mention the lid on my wife’s drink almost came off. Luckily she caught it but it did spill on her clothes. We were the only car at the Sonic ordering. We went through the drive thru. To get fries like we did made me cringe how they looked and how old they were. For the employees to think it was ok to give out food like what was served made me not want to return. My child’s grill cheese was like eating a sponge. Could hardly bite through the bread. Quality has really taken a turn for the worse. I will not be returning.
