I already submitted a complaint through the app before writing this review, and now I’m being asked to go to yet another website and retype everything all over again.
How much time do you expect customers to spend just to report a problem?

This used to be a place I visited often, but this experience was frustrating enough that I’ve stopped eating McDonald’s altogether.
I’ve decided I’m no longer going to force myself to eat rubbery, tasteless nuggets and a poorly made, skimpy burger.

I won’t bother asking for a refund for the few dollars and 6,000 points I used.
After all these years as a customer, what’s truly disappointing is the poor management.

This was the final straw.

The store closed earlier than the posted hours on 12/25, and my mobile order—placed using 6,000 reward points—was canceled without explanation. The points were not refunded. If they were going to close early, they shouldn’t have accepted mobile orders in the first place. The manager (or whoever was in charge) just shut the window without any explanation or apology.
I saw many people make a wasted trip and end up turning their cars around. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Trip to pick up an ice cream cone ordered on the app, I was told to go to the 2nd window (as my order was paid online) so I drove around the car at the first window to the 2nd window, only to have a rude girl yelling in my face that I cut someone. I told her that the girl on the speaker told me to go to the 2nd window. She said she was the one that told me, but I wasn’t supposed to cut because now the people behind me have to wait for their fire because I cut them. Like first of all, they are still at the first window trying to pay you because you ran up here on a power trip to tell me that I did what you told me to do duh… second, it takes 30 seconds to make a cone and hand it to me. At this point I didn’t want the cone anymore. So I left.

Only two in person customers but the wait was very long because delivery service orders take priority, and there’s LOTS of them. Although beautifully renovated, the place is filthy. The children’s area is a disgrace. Are in person customers worth that little now, including the kids who come to play? Everything was sticky from the table and chairs to the play structure. Such a shame.

I placed a mobile order and asked for extra ranch. When I picked up my order the lady kept insisting that I pay and I told her why don’t you change it on the mobile app ? I would’ve been more than happy to pay but on the app. I placed my order on the mobile app for a reason, so that I don’t have to pull out my debit card. I left very unhappy and honestly you guys need to either fix the mobile app or just hand out the damn ranch. Won’t be coming back here EVER again.

Ordered food to our table through the app. 20 minutes later found it sitting on the counter up front. Food was cold. Not even busy.

The “owner” responded to my review with a bad link. They do that so people think they are trying to fix problems but they are not. The link makes you put in a case number which no one has by doing a review.

Why people who come to drive through get their food faster? I parked my car and walked in, but why people who are too lazy to walk get their food earlier? I waited 15 minutes to get my food and it was cold. Unfair. encourage people for healthy lifestyle my making walk in orders get faster!

Slow, and no one really acknowledges your existence when you’re in line. A simple, “they’re making your fries atm” or something like that goes a long way. It is McDonald’s, so my expectations were low, but prob 15 minutes for two combos when I was one of two cars was a bit excessive.

I ordered online, and when I got there I told them my order code, and the guy seemed confused. The guy asked me to repeat the code I did he asked what my order was, then asked me my code again, I told him again and what my order was, he was still confused, he then asked me for a forth time, them asked me to pull to the first window. This is where I sat for five minutes repeating my code and order, to which the just gave up and just pushed me through to the second windows. I waited here for a another couple of minutes when I was given the order but no receipt and receiving attitude for the worker when she handed me my food.

This McDonald’s messed up my order quite a few months ago so I hadn’t been back. I go back this morning, and what do you know, they messed up my order again sigh… I would open every item if you go to the drive-thru to make sure they get it right .. not to mention the bacon egg and cheese biscuit they gave me instead of the Egg McMuffin I originally ordered was cold.. this was around 9:30 a.m. and they weren’t even that busy smh…

Nothing wrong here. Just posting to reference the importance of putting what is ordered in the system. If you put BBQ sauce and someone orders Buffalo. Your numbers of sauce are gnna be wrong.. you’re gonna run out of buffalo sauce, but have no record of them being put in the system and then have a bunch of BBQ in the store but in the system it shows different. Doing that reflects on the team. It’s just a bad habit and should be recognized.
