It was clean. Service – nothing special. Food – seemed small for the price!
Flavor – it was good. Wife had the burger. Meat was med-rare, and juicey. She loved it, but was no larger then a Micky Ds double cheese (dimensionally speaking).
I had the Swiss French Dip. Flavor good, again, it was +$12 just for the sandwich itself. The rpice dont match the size at all. A 6″ roast beef from subway is roughly $6.99 and its larger. Does that mean they are charging anothr +$5 just for the dip. Hmmm.

My turkey , bacon , and ranch market fresh sandwich is fantastic. They’ve always put a massive amount of meat on them. Imagine what a double would look like. Hubbies #2 with sliced cheese.
Only complaints were that the curly fries weren’t hot and the place was pretty busy, so they should have been fresh and hot.
There were 4 empty tables and only one was clean. The others needed to be washed off.

Tried the new Waygu Steak Burger today and was surprised at the flavor it packed. On a friends recommendation,I requested no sauce as his was over sauced to the point he didn’t enjoy it. I would say he made a great suggestion, mine was great. The meat was tender and could use a pinch of salt but cooked perfectly and the veggies were fresh and flavorful. Curly fries were consistent, hot,crunchy and flavorful. I won’t be back for the burger though. Although good, it’s not good enough to spend almost 9.00 on.

This Arby’s on clack st is the worst with people skills I went through the drive threw today and the girl working the window did not say a single word like ‘how are you’ and didn’t even tell me what my total was or have a good day. Made me feel like I was disturbing her day but I had to give at least one star to tell about my experience so the star is for very good food

Went there today well the drive through employee was high as a kite and picked her hand then started to mess with my drink right after. Did not wash or clean her hands either. Wife ran in to complain and there was. No one to be found except a random guy that was tweaking out of his mind. Will not be going back im surprised my food is ok.

I went there 1-25-25 and got a bbq burger #5 and the half pound #1, my boyfriends #1 was fully of grease on the bottom of the box and his sandwich felt apart multiple times restricting in him getting bread from our pantry to eat it with, my Bbq burger while delicious was still pink in the inside of the burger, I can not eat any uncooked red meat due to a illness, the only great things that gives it a star was the fries, they were hot and salted perfectly

As we no longer have an Arby’s in San Angelo I take every opportunity to visit one. Still, in my opinion, the best roast beef sandwich in the fast food world. And potato cakes are BACK!! Whoever at HQ decided to do away with them should be severely chastised.

The white/Mexican guy working drive thru was sooooooo rude. My husband even commented on his lack of customer service skills and he couldn’t have cared less.. get this guy out the window because I’d rather drive across town than deal with him again. Why work a job you don’t want? I didnt make you apply there bro chill.. However food was good, great even. Fresh and hot. Hats off to the cook!

Not what we expect when paying the upcharges for large fries. All 3 of them were like this. We don’t get to come to Arby’s often, but we do treat ourselves occasionally. It was disappointing that our “treat” wasn’t a great experience. My family was bummed.
