Several times I’ve ordered from here and they leave out items entirely or leave out my condiments. Today, I ordered through DoorDash. I asked the dasher to make sure they gave me the condiments I asked for and maybe ask for a couple of extra because the app only lets you ask for one. The dasher texts me that they said “it isn’t possible.” Then my order arrived with, you guessed it, NOT ONE of the condiments I ordered. I was so annoyed I actually called them and they had the nerve to tell me they “gave me what I asked for.” No, you didn’t, and now DoorDash is giving me a refund. I won’t order from this place again. You have THAT MUCH of an issue giving someone a side of butter and sour cream? Please. Look at this. An entirely plain potato. Are you kidding me???

Asked for spicy nuggets and got these instead. I had a feeling they were supposed to be orange but couldn’t tell at first because they weren’t yellow either like the regular ones are. These are brown. They didn’t taste spicy at all

Suffice it to say, I regret visiting this location and spending my money on food here. I along with my partner and a friend of ours ordered three different meals from the drive-thru. The employee who served us was named Valeria. She was very rude unprofessional and didn’t seem like she wanted to serve me or the other passengers. We had two separate orders. Our friend ordered chicken nuggets, a Frosty and a fry. My partner ordered a $6 biggie bag. I had a chicken wrap combo. However the chicken wrap was dry and had no dressing and was absolutely thrown together which was about $15.

Once we came to the drive-thru window, she did not greet us and stated the total of the order first. There was no level of sincerity in her delivery and neither was she respectful enough to ask if we needed any condiments with our order at all and slammed the door repeatedly. When she took payment for our orders, she did not communicate if we wanted them bagged together or separate. The worker appeared impatient with us in her body language and facial expression as if she didn’t want to wait due to the other car being behind us.

We had to reverse the car to retrieve the second order because she did not communicate that the orders were split and waited until after payment to issue the second order. I really do think that this employee should be trained and reprimanded for their behavior because nobody wants to be out-of-town guests in a suburb that looks like they don’t want to be bothered by black and brown people. I would not recommend anyone to visit this restaurant being that this employee seem not to be bothered by or seem to care for treating people the way she wanted to be treated. Overall, the quality of the food was terrible and equivalent to the customer service and could have been a lot better if the employees paid attention to what they were doing.

This restaurant is terrible. I ordered from them. I never get what I ordered. I called them and then they tried to blame it on my DoorDash or when they didn’t even get close this time to what I ordered the items were completely different. This place is awful.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I asked for barbecue sauce for my French fries and they wanted to charge me $0.50 per barbecue sauce when they are free at every other Wendy’s this is the last time I come to this Wendy’s.

Bought 2 beef patties and they were foul smelling already when I got them. When I got home and tried them, they tasted rotten and gave me a headache immediately.. I eat those every other day as I’m on Keto.. first time this location… I called 30 times and nobody picks up the phone!!!!????

Negative comments first.
We were surprised and confused to get a chicken sandwich with partially melted shredded cheese. It turns out the only difference between the Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger and the Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken are those last words, but those words are included neither on the ordering screen nor on the receipt.
Speaking of the ordering screen, it also didn’t show the second ordered item, the Baconator, which added confusion to the ordering process.
Finally, the staff sounded impatient to receive our order and did not let us fully speak while trying to order.

It is understandable that the staff can be under pressure at times, and this interaction will not prevent us from visiting Wendy’s locations in the future. The sandwiches also tasted good enough, and our items were received in a timely manner.
