I enjoyed my lunch at this establishment.
Building exterior and lot were clean and in good condition. I wasn’t panhandled here.
Warmly greeted by a friendly highly enthusiastic staff upon entry. Ordering was simple and straight forward. The crowd was mixed and while busy it wasn’t overly crowded allowing ample opportunity to sit.
My food arrived at warp speed. I found it hot, fresh and delicious.
Over all I had a delicious meal at a reasonable price with good service.
Definitely a place worth your time and money.

Cute NY themed pizza place. What follows is from a born and raised NY who has been seeking out a real NY style slice. First, our server was very nice and attentive. The atmosphere is cute- NYPD blue on the cement breaks in the parking blocks is very on brand.

I had heard and seen some reviews that also mentioned they had sicilian, but they had no idea what I was talking about and it was not on the menu.

I ordered mushroom and the Italian sausage (from the premium toppings- I prefer bulk Italian on pizza, but the very sweet woman behind the counter said it was breakfast sausage? I am assuming she was wrong but did not want to take a chance. So here is the item by item review and the overall impressions.

Italian sliced sausage: nice fennel flavor which i find missing from most of the Italian sausage in Tucson. Very tasty.

Mushrooms: sliced thin and very fresh.

Sauce: Excellent flavor. One of the best I’ve had since coming to Tucson. Just too much of it on the pizza making it soggy

Cheese: generous, but no real mozzarella flavor

Crust: darn it. I was hopeful, but could see when it came out that it was too thick. The color was super light and pulling the slice from the pan, I could immediately see it floppy, not crispy and underbaked. It had some potential flavor-wise.

Overall: I will take the baking as a potential off night. I saw other slices go by and the crust looked better, so maybe mine was just rushed. The sauce and the sausage was good enough that i could even overlook the mozerrela issues and give it another try. I’ll update this review when I do!

(9/3/2025) I decided to give this place a try and ordered jumbo slice of pizza with extra cheese to go for $9. The atmosphere was very well done with NYC decor and strong metal seats and tables. It was very clean and the aroma of delicious cooking carried inside this pub. My food was ready after only 10 minutes and it smelt really great in my car but it didn’t last long. On my way home, at the corner of kolb and broadway stood a homeless man begging for clothes. I gave him my pizza slice because he looked famished. Well, he was more than happy to walk off with my pizza slice offer and enjoyed it in front of the Speedway gas station. I can always buy another slice next time. ❤

This is honestly up there with some of my favorite pizza spots around Tucson. If you want a gigantic slice of New York style pizza that will fill you up this is the place to go. The appetizers are also incredibly good! I personally recommend the pepperoni and cheese mozzarella sticks. They’re basically pizza chimichongas and they’re incredibly delicious. The restraint also has this nice almost sports bar vibe but without being too loud.

Walking in it’s pretty standard for a pizza parlor. Smells good and was clean so a plus. Started with a salad, which was good. Nothing special, fresh, but otherwise unremarkable. Just a good salad.

Onto the pizza and garlic Parmesan wings. Pizza was really good, wings were outstanding. Crisp on the outside with lots of flavor and tender on the inside.

The guy behind the counter was also very friendly and helpful. Actually bussed our table for us, which was very nice.

Overall, a business that continues their history (at least for the times we’ve come) of excellence. Definitely recommend!

We ordered half carnivore and half Hawaiian large pizza and it is the best pizza I have ever tasted. We will definitely be going there again. The price is right on for the size and quality of the pizza. Best pizza in town as far as I’m concerned. The establishment is really nice and clean. We only ordered the pizza buy they have a large menu offering pizza, subs, wings, and more. You will not be disappointed in this place.

I ordered a 20” combo pizza. This is how much onions it had. It was about 1 lbs of onions. The onions made the pizza sweet. I even told an employee and he just said Oh

I arrived shortly before 8:30. I TRIED to order 2 slices of cheese pizza and was told “we aren’t doing slices!” I stood to the side trying to call my wife to see what she wanted instead. As I stood there I watched two other couples order slices without any issue!!!!! Seriously!! Is my money not green enough???????

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS HERE, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

I’m not from The City, so not a pizza expert. That was a delicious slice. Forget about it!

Called in an order for a pick up. Specifically asked for no onions. Employee hung up the call before she finished confirming the order. I called back thinking we had accidentally been disconnected. We had not. Showed up to pick up pizza… yup, had onions. I asked about the pizza order and she said she didn’t know the Hawaiian had onions. I did. That’s why I asked for no onions. VERY POOR attitude, blamed me for the mistake. Told her there was no need for an attitude towards ME, I am inconvenienced, but mistakes happen. I will wait for a remake. Nothing was offered to me for my inconvenience so I asked for a discount. I was told that wasn’t possible. I asked her to go find out. Got a $3 discount and a whole lotta loud attitude, she actually began berating me in the lobby of the restaurant and gave me a take out menu so I wouldn’t make a mistake in the future. Then went to the kitchen and continued complaining, which didn’t make me feel great about eating the remake. I’m guessing the food was good?
