If you are looking for a locally owned place for good hamburgers, pizza, and beer, I would definitely recommend Bosco’s. Having never had a bad experience (service, food, or bad cleanliness), it is a restaurant I would return to. The cookie desserts are definitely worth trying, always liking the ability to be able to watch your pizzas being cooked in the pizza fire oven. The hamburger and fries one of my favorite dishes, I would definitely ask about their beer tray with mini 8 ounce in housemaid beers.

The greens had too much vinegar and when I asked for replacement they forgot to bring it to me. Hushpuppies didn’t taste all that either. The Memphis in May cocktail was delicious but small and expensive for happy hour- $14. But I’ll give them a 3 because the people were friendly and they brought me a birthday dessert and the brownie was delicious and a shareable size. My girls enjoyed the shrimp tacos as well!

Last time I ate here was in 2019. This visit was somewhat disappointing. The top-shelf margarita was really good! The stuffed mushrooms were delicious! The blackened red snapper was super dry. I’ve never eaten tough fish! The garlic mashed potatoes were very light and fluffy, however I did not taste any hint of garlic! The server was not interested in being our server! I did enjoy the patio ambiance though………

Boscos Squared in Midtown Memphis is on point for anyone who is looking for good food in decent portions and craft beer in a relaxed, stylish setting. The atmosphere is lively but comfortable, perfect for date nights, casual dinners, or brunch with friends. Their wood-fired pizzas are a standout, and the beer—brewed in-house—is always fresh and flavorful. Service is attentive without being overbearing, and the menu offers a good mix of Southern-inspired dishes and pub favorites. The outdoor patio is a great spot when the weather’s nice, adding to the laid-back vibe. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Memphis, Boscos delivers a consistently enjoyable experience. Don’t miss their seasonal beers and weekend specials—they make every visit feel a little different. Highly recommended!
We would definitely return.

Good overall value. Good atmosphere on the Square in Memphis, the food was good— not great but it was good. We ordered the Apple Crisp for dessert and everyone enjoyed it. We also ordered the fried green tomatoes. There was more breading than tomato but did have flavor. Overall experience was just okay.

The dining area is extremely small, the service is extremely slow and horrible. It was so awful once we finally ordered we considered cancelling the order, but it took at least an hour to get the food. But the pizza is great! Oh and the “catfish” is sway fish. We were super disappointed. We won’t be back.

I’ve been going to Bosco’s for at least 20 years with my family. It’s always good. I wish they would bring back the mushroom sandwich…omg it was my favorite. The past visit we went for my husband’s birthday. We started out with Spinach dip, he got the tamale and I got a chicken bacon ranch pizza. I didn’t check the ingredients and was surprised that there was broccoli on the pizza! It was so good, even though I was doubtful! He ordered several hop God beers and took 5 to go! Thank you for the great food, atmosphere, and service.
