Went in and ordered 2 large big Mac meals, 2 McChickens and 2 cheese burgers. Very nice lady who was getting the order put together but definitely seemed overwhelmed. Ordered was a to go order but was sitting on a tray with the fries for about 10 min. When she brought the tray I explained it was a to go order. She was very polite and bagged the order up, problem is when I got home the fries were barely Luke warm and soggy plus the two cheese burgers were not in the bag.

It’s now been several weeks and no response or anything done to make this mistake right. I went on the link provided and filled out what was needed and still nothing. I would 100 percent recommend to go to the Chickamauga McDonald’s or Burger King right down the street. I spent money and didn’t get all of my order, might consider contacting the better business bureau about this.

Got the new big arch burger. It had zero of the sauce and I mean absolute zero it did not have any cheese and the fried onions were thrown in the bottom of the box not even inside the burger and it had one pickle. Absolutely pathetic . Thanks for reminding me why I never go to McDonald’s Never again will McDonald’s get my money.

Stopped by on my way home from work bought a chicken biscuit just for it to be burnt. I know it’s 4 in the morning and all but you’d think they’d just throw this out and make more. I would’ve waited the 7 minutes matter of fact when I told them I wanted it they told me they were out it’d be 7 minutes. I asked if they had mcchicken biscuits and was told they have one more crispy chicken left. This doesn’t even taste good at all. And can barely even bite into it. Loved the patience of the staff and how fast it was in drive through just wish I could’ve enjoyed it after driving 40 minutes back to Chattanooga.

Fast drive thru but my very expensive coffee tasted like crap. I’m not even trying to be mean but prices are getting too high for them to not try to make stuff taste worth it. I ordered a caramel iced coffee and it was watery tasting and not much caramel flavor at all. I’m sure there is a specific amount of pumps things are supposed to get or whatever but I’m also sure the official McDonald’s recipe for a caramel iced coffee isn’t supposed to be that bland and watery. I have worked food service and fast food before and I can tell that this was the fault of the person who made it and not that of the menu items recipe. Work on that. I wouldn’t be so harsh if prices weren’t stupid crazy and I understand that my local McDonald’s can’t control prices but they sure as hell can make sure that the food quality matches. I don’t get to get out and buy little drinks very often so this was supposed to be a treat. It was not good.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! you will literally parked longer then the food takes to cook and make , and STILL get served COLD foods. What is the point in parking someone if it’s gonna be cold? I try to give this place a chance and each time it shows me why this is the worst one. Will keep my business in Chickamauga. The food was awful and expensive. I ordered an egg McMuffin and the ham on it was slightly bigger than a half a dollar. The hash brown tasted freezer burnt and was fried in old oil. The best part of this meal was the coffee. I paid $7.12 for this. Never again. McDonald’s should be ashamed of itself themselves

I did a curbside pick up and sat there for a while I believe I told the girl like 20 mins and she said hold on put the phone done and started to talk crap she ain’t been sitting out there for no 20 mins here get this order out I mean just going on I mean cool talk your crap I really don’t care but I mean you might want to do it where the customer can’t hear you just a suggestion but I won’t ever come back here.
