Went tonight got a wagyu burger meal I got #1. Got our order guy at the window didn’t ring the wagyu up as a meal so he got an attitude and ran got a drink and fry and said “you got this free “I said I can pay I don’t want anything free. He shewed me off with his hand. Got home my wife’s burger is raw pretty much she likes hers well done. Be different if they ask ,but they don’t you expect it to be done. So now she didn’t get to have this for dinner fed up with this place they can’t seem to get it together why???

I went through the driveway today and the lady was so pleasant and kind. Kathleen was on my receipt not sure if that was her name. It is very rare to find that kind of attitude in fast food now a days. Thank you for having such a kind and sweet soul.

The beef and cheddars had no cheddar, and my fries were tossed carelessly into a plastic bag where I know they had paper ones because they then handed me a paper bag that belonged to the car behind me and on top of that forgot to make me my drink. The girl working the drive thru had her mask halfway off and didn’t tell me what I owed at the speaker or window and did not speak to me at the window, but merely took my card and shoved the bag into my hands. Normally I would forgive someone of this if they were busy, but there was only one car before me and one car after, and the car behind me didn’t order much and neither did I. I’m sorry Arby’s, but I expected a little more…at least the service was quick I suppose
