STICKER INSIDE BURGER. Open your food before you eat it.
Waited over 15 minutes for the arch burger meal while other customers behind me continued to get served. After 15 minutes they brought me a Big Mac with no fries. I told them that’s not what I ordered and told them that I had ordered the arch burger. 5 minutes later they come back with my meal. I drive all the way home 10 minutes away. I open up my burger and there’s a huge sticker in it… Buried under the lettuce right on top of the cheese. And no crispy onions and no pickles and no care whatsoever. A sticker that says 4 hours. The person making my sandwich put sauce on it. I came back in to get a refund and the manager looked angry at me the whole time and refunded me in almost near silence with a very angry face. She made no indication of any changes that would prevent this from happening in the future or any coupon or anything for my time and appetite wasted. The corporate number did not answer a message or text. I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this location but this was the one that finally made me feel like people really shouldn’t eat there. They should close this place down or at least fire the manager. The one in Old fort is significantly better run. It’s worth the drive just to go to the McDonald’s in Old fort instead.
I was willing to deal with the rude staff that flipped me off and doesn’t apologize for terrible behavior multiple times in the past because my kid loves a Happy meal. But I’m not willing to deal with sticker food. Lord knows what else they’re sticking in your burger. Don’t eat here!

Myia waited on my son and myself. I ordered coffee and she politely walked away to make a fresh pot for us. She was excellent in presentation and very respectful. I hope management appreciates her work ethics and in the near future consider her for a promotion. I frequent many McDonald’s for their coffee. I would say that this cup was exactly how I ordered it. Delicious and enjoyable. Thank you Myia.

This place is absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time. There are two McDonald’s in Marion, go to the other one it may not be much better but it’s got to be better than this one. I stopped going here a year or two ago because it just got so bad that it wasn’t worth paying money for. I decided to go back to try the Grinch meals but every single time I went there they didn’t have them. So I decided to order the number three medium with a Dr pepper and they took that as all I wanted was the burger and a medium Dr pepper when I got the Dr pepper it was diet. they made me pull forward and then when my burger finally came out it was so drenched in grease I couldn’t eat it.

They are pretty good. My biggest complaint is that they don’t fill up the cup when you get a hot drink. This cappuccino for example. I took a picture as soon as I pulled into a spot and I saw her making it. There was over an inch from the top to the drink. Then I took another Pic after the foam settled so you can actually see what you are getting. I paid for a large and it’sobviousthat the foam will settle but not almost 2 inches. And they do it with other hot drinks too that don’t have foam. I’ll add the pics if it will let me. Also it was good but it was luke warm not hot. I’d about be better off going to Starbucks to get a full cup if they are going to charge almost $4 for barely over half a cup.

I mean it’s McDonald’s I don’t matter what day it is or what side of town you’re on at Big Mac’s going to taste like a Big Mac, And your fries are going to be on point or they’re going to be soggy. Most people’s complaints are about their time spent their during a rush hour or something I’m not going to sit here and complain I’m just going to sit here and say hey. I’m still going to go there my next trip to McDonald’s

The Old Fort McDonalds is really kind-of a pathetic excuse for a business. They constantly get orders wrong, putting an extreme allergen (tartar sauce, which contains egg, which I am allergic to) on my sandwich despite me always ordering it without. Don’t even get me started on when they put “extra”. My Fillet o’Fish was literally swimmingly again in the absolutely disgusting mess of slop I was served that time. This happens so often it’s not even worth going back to make them correct it, I would be spending more on fuel than I would be for the dang meal!
Just… do better, McDonalds. You could literally kill someone with your careless disregard for customer’s ordering preferences. 0/10 stars, do not recommend.

Check your food if you specially ask for it to be made without something or a certain way they alway mess up orders but most the employees are nice and just a long wait most the time

This is a good McDonald’s. Most of the time they are quick with their orders. They give you everything you need for your meal without having to ask for it and they are always telling you your total before you leave drive through

I made a pit-stop in here once. I didn’t interact with much of the staff because I used the kiosk, but the interior design is very cool. It fits McDonald’s style without being too bleak.

I go there every morning with my dogs, after being told they don’t do pup cup, and they can’t sell me any extra whip cream in any way . Today when I stopped and git my normal med mocha frap and cml drizzle I ordered a second one asked for extra whip cream on my frappe it was put on the bottom of the cup. When I asked why “I told you we could not do that any more” and the rest of my order was all wrong bc she was so worried about making sure I did not give my dogs any thing. I go there just about every morning, what happened to customer service it’s a cup of whip cream insuring repeat business and other dog owners being told. Worst off she is hateful and rude about it
