Ok so I never had five guys so you know I had to try this place my daughter is a burger queen, let me tell you this did NOT disappoint absolutely fire best burger I’ve had in a really long time. Meat was cooked perfectly loved that they had grilled onions that was also a plus seasoned fries where off the hook too and we got a lot we did have left over fries my daughter warmed up and ate when we got home they where just as good as when we got the 10/10 recommended!! Great atmosphere everything was clean bathrooms where in top shape to everyone working was friendly we will definitely be back

I haven’t had Five Guys burger in a while and we’ve been jumping around trying to find the best burgers in town.
But yesterday we were craving burgers and ordered from Five Guys, and I have to say they are always consistent … one order of large fries serves three of us.
And the burger definitely hit the spot … Five Guys is one of the best burger spots around.

Five guys is always delicious, never a let down. The same as every other time we’ve come. We always get a shake, great for dipping fries. The burgers are good, with the bun or without.

Top tier fastish food. A bit on the expensive side. It’s a good burger. But you can find a little better experience outside of the chain environment. The soda always seems a bit off. Sometimes you need to try 5-6 to see what syrup ratios are on par. Sometimes way too much syrup and sometimes not enough. The burger is always tasty. I opt for the hamburger, which is a double hamburger. They only have American cheese, which isn’t friendly to lactose sensitive patrons. The fries are always killer with some vinegar. Burger is the best chain burger out there, but definitely comes at a steep cost. Expect to spend around $15-22 for a burger, fries and drink. This may make you want to find a more specialized burger joint. Burger is a 7.1 out of 10. Which will put it on par with Shakeshake and at the top of chain restaurants. Fries are fresh and up there with Penn Station as a 9.2 out of 10, so that helps.

Most of the complaints have nothing to do with the store at all. The staff is friendly, at times it can be a long wait and that has to do with the food being made to order. Kindness goes a long way, and each employee that I interacted with has treated me with nothing but respect.

Good burgers. The “”little” burger is a good size. The regular is a double patty. The prices are as high as I would want them for the value but within reason. Fries are great. The regular (medium) size will cover three people no problem. Meat quality is very good as is ingredient/toppings quality. 1 big strike in my world though-they use canned mushrooms instead of fresh. Not cool! The free peanuts while you wait are awesome. Service is fast and burgers, while cooked to order, come up in about 5 minutes. The people working there are always friendly. Parking is easy and ample. The décor is likes all Five Guys, reprints of reviews singing their praises. That’s a little annoying but whatever. The have hot dogs too. Maybe next timer on the dogs…
A six year later update for you here. I have been back to this location several times. It is actually been remodeled in the times since my first review. The burgers here are still delicious. The fries are still delicious and come in a bag with way more than what you think you’re going to get. they still have the peanuts which is a huge bonus. Overall, this is a pretty darn good five guys location. They still have the 100 combo Coke machine. Whatever they call that thing and yeah clean restrooms too.

They need to clean their coke machine. After finishing my lunch, I noticed my drink had tons of little black bits in the bottom. I can only assume that this is mold. That’s absolutely disgusting and would not recommend. The workers and service were great, but the whole drink think definitely soured the experience for me. Will not be back to this location.

The food is always delicious, the service was ok, there was some random water on the floor under a hightop table, that looked to be for guest who were waiting for their food as it had no seats at it. The order caller seemed very pushy then almost gave me the wrong order when there was no line to order. This establishment proudly serves Coca Cola.
