Hated having to use kiosk to order, since no one at counter. Did like the self serve drink station. Rose the lobby lady was very friendly and stopped by each table, chatted with those who wanted to and moved on for those you didn’t. Food was fine, it’s McDonald’s, so get what you expect. Miss the old restaurants that were more fun and not so sterile.

I was the only one in line and they moved me up to wait for my food. When my food was brought out, it was brought out with attitude. Here. No smile, no friendly face. I was moved up, so they could have better drive thru times. My chicken nuggets were good, and my fries were cold. I would have hoped for hot chicken and hot fries.

For the last two weeks the “Iced” coffees have not had any ice, and have tasted like chemicals. Maybe one out of the 8 I have had were correct. Unfortunately the others have been completely undrinkable. I’ve tried to reach out to customer service for help as there is no way to refund an order that is messed up, and they have not responded to any communication.
Normally the coffee is pretty decent, I’ve never had any complaints until now.

I got my food quickly through the drive through, but I gotta admit: it’s rare that I unwrap a cheeseburger and don’t want it, but today it definitely looked like it had been sitting under the hot lamp for HOURS. It didn’t smell right. It looked dried out and the onions looked halfway to maggots.
McDonald’s became famous for their instant service, but it seems if you want a quality cheeseburger from McDonald’s, you have to order it made fresh, and it just isn’t gonna be fast food at that point.
The absurd price hikes haven’t helped. McDonald’s isn’t a value restaurant anymore, and the cost, factored with the quality and quantity of food you get put McDonald’s right at the bottom of the restaurant food chain.

My bacon egg and cheese bagel was burnt. I could not bring myself to complain because the staff member who brought my food to the table was so kind! My youngest was having a whiney morning and my boys were pestering each other. Team member cam out and engaged with the kids asking what their favorite food at mcdonalds was and was super smiley! Thanks for redirecting the energy, I’m glad we crossed paths today. The world needs more people like this.

Ordered a 20 nugget, large fry, and 2 large iced French vanilla lattes on DoorDash and the receipt says our order just fine but we got a totally different order in the bag! Not a single thing was right!! I’m so angry! And by the time I called, nobody answered! And they were still open for 30 minutes!

Terrible. Every once in a while they have good food. Also, the ice cream machine is always “down for cleaning” at dinner. Overall 1 star from me.
Terrible fries, too.
Tip: Clean your ice cream machines when you first open. Nobody wants ice cream at 5-6AM…but people do at 5-6PM.
