Apple pies taste stale, and I noticed they’re no longer labeled with a date. It’s been a while since I’ve had McDonald’s, but I remember when the apple pies used to be marked. While I was ordering at the drive-thru, there was a long pause—about 30 seconds before the person responded and missed my order. When I realized I was charged for an extra medium fry, the staff member at the window became argumentative about my order. Ultimately, it didn’t matter because I told him I didn’t want it anymore. I’m not planning to return to this McDonald’s. What is going on with customer service these days?

They forgot my fries in my five dollar meal so I proceeded to come back around the drive-through and mention it to the lady at the drive-through. She proceeded to go in the back and grabbed the fries, but instead of placing them normally inside the bag, the fries were completely tipped upside down. Don’t know exactly who she was but she had on a red wig. Please fix your employees attitudes.

Today, my husband bought two orders of Stake Egg/Cheese Sandwiches, it was the first time to try for nme and I am so happy. This Sandwich is so, so tasty, absolutely delicious. Thank you very much. Also I want to say an special thank you for your Coffee – this is real Coffee, not water and milk, like other shops with drive trough offer. I’m sorry to say, but Starbucks Coffee is good, but too strong, and other very popular shops have not Coffee, but like I sad before: water, cream and sugar – that’s just a shame.
Thanks a lot McDonald’s for your food, Coffee… and your friendly, nice service.

This location is honestly hit or miss, I have a pretty high tolerance for fast food but I’ve honestly had so many issues at this location in particular for over a year now. Teenage boy on phone in drive thru window, items missing, fries cold, whoever is taking orders is rarely listening properly, nuggets overcooked. Sometimes I have a good experience but honestly I think the last time I did was in early ish 2025. I come to this location pretty often because it’s right by my house and its by my gym. But there’s rarely a good consistency no matter when you go. Anytime I’ve had issues though its usually been resolved pretty fast and easily. This isn’t the location’s fault but corporate seriously needs to fix their app. A lot of my issues would be resolved if the app was better functioning. Overall biggest recommendation to management at this location is to just put someone better on the order screen because that’s where I feel like I have the most issues whenever I go

They always forget to put all the food in my order; there’s always something missing. If it’s not the fries, it’s the hamburger. If you call to say something is missing from your order (they write your name in a book) and then go to ask for it, the manager on duty in the morning is very aggressive and yells at you (“Tell me, tell me what you want!”). It was the first time I called and the last time she kept my money. I was more embarrassed by the woman yelling at me.

This is the best meal i have ever had. Im going through something really tough, but this. is distracting me from it all. i feel – refreshed. i feel delightful. I got a big mac meal, and the buns are so soft, like youre biting into a cloud. the meat taste like they clean their grills daily. The coke is so crisp. The fries are so well done & salted (not too much though). this mcdonald’s knows what they’re doing. They know hygiene & know how to cook. Thank you for this memorable Meal. im going to yearn this big mac for the rest of my life. Thank you.

1 star for the “manager” working at 11:20 PM, we pull to tell the lady who seemed middle eastern, could not speak English clearly, we READ HER THE CODE, she said “pull forward” like her voice exactly. And as we pull up we pass the 1st window, they said we were good, then the second window she comes up and says “no sorry you have to read code” like I’m sorry???? Did you miss the part where you told us to pull forward?
We call her to complain, and the first thing she answers “what do you need”. The WORST customer experience we’ve ever had at a McDonalds. I really hope she gets fired because she’s the worst I’ve ever heard of

Everyone was great in the drive thru plus we got nice hot delicious fresh fries. They were actually filled up all the way too which again thank you. Carmel frappe was good like always, one of my personal faves. We’ll be back to this location if we are in the area again. Thank you!
