Our first time visiting! The location is easily accessible from the main road with ample parking. The outside was very clean. Had a nice outdoor venue area to sit if the weather was nice enough. Very roomy on the inside and clean. The staff was great. Our waitress was wonderful. All of our food came fresh and hot and fast.There is plenty full amount of food definitely could be split between two people per order.

The atmosphere is actually quite nice, so I understand why the prices are on the higher side. The problem is the restaurant automatically adds an 18% gratuity, which would be fine if the service matched it, but it absolutely did not.
The service was noticeably impatient. Every time we tried to speak, the server acted like she couldn’t understand us, almost on purpose. At the same time, she turned around and was extremely friendly and smiley with the table next to us. The difference in attitude was very obvious.
What I really don’t understand is that the server herself is Asian, yet showed zero courtesy toward Asian customers.
For a place that enforces an 18% tip, this level of service is simply not acceptable. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The Hibachi Grill is the only food worth eating here. I ordered take out and they completely messed up the order. I called back when I got home that they gave chicken instead of steak. Food was already cold, had food poisoning the next day from bites I had. They had me send photo proof and promised to give FULL credit next time I came in. Took me a while to gain the confidence to come back in. They’re scammers I should have cancelled order with my credit card the manager offered 50% off for next order even though I had to throw food away. Her excuse was that the person did not put it into the computer, even though I had the text message and the manager even had it on the company phone. DO NOT order within an 1 hour of closing. They give the left overs and apparently did not want to cook steak so breaded old chicken, along with already dried out/hard chicken fried rice. Waste of $40 will never eat from the Chinese side again TOTAL GARBAGE. It was my 1st & last time getting anything from the Chinese side. Unfortunately found out the hard way, when mentioning to others they told me the same thing to never order from the Chinese side. Adding a close-up of what was supposed to be steak, never knew steak is white and the manager still argued with me that it looks like steak.

Amazing experience! The hibachi chef was incredible — so fun and talented! The food was absolutely delicious, and my family (especially my son) loved every moment while celebrating a birthday. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be back!

We are from out of state but regularly come to the Chicagoland area for medical treatments and Wu’s House is an absolute must every time we are here. My husband and I both have severe food allergies and this staff takes them very seriously. Our server Jeta in particular was VERY mindful to ensure our hibachi was prepared in the back and that all ingredients used were safe for both of us. We will ABSOLUTELY be back for some fantastic hibachi soon!

We had my son’s birthday dinner here and it was phenomenal. Hibachi chef’s presentation was great, clean & and professional. The food was delicious and I can’t talk enough about how perfect our filet mignon was! Our son was treated well for his special occasion. He got a birthday crown, cheesecake with a lit birthday candle, and a birthday song ❤️ You get a lot to take home for the price…This location is beautiful inside & out.

Did Hibachi for a party of 10 of Adults. Very disappointed. Been to other Wu’s. The chef was trying to be entertaining, but teased a guest that clearly didnt like it, only upset them more. The rice, noodles, shrimp all tasted the same, no other seasoning used. NO seasoning on the meats at all. Much smaller portions than other Wus I been to. I asked for table near the wall, not in the middle of the room but they refused to seat us there. After we were seated, 1 went to the bathroom and a server took the place setting. Server didnt offer drink refills, only refilled water.He forgot a drink I was very embarrassed I invited family to this location. At about $50 a person and 18% gratuity added, chef should know how to season the food. The interior design is great, but thats all thats positive.

The Wife and I met some of Our Friends at Wu’s House for Dinner. I’ve driven past this place quite a bit and often wondered what it’s like. I want to tell You that it’s very nice and the food and Service was wonderful. We would dine here again for sure. I had the Mongolian Beef and My Wife had the Orange Chicken with Fried Rice. Delicious! Try Em out and see what You think

Just ate there and our entire family is taking turns sitting on the toilet. This isnt the first time this has happened after eating there. We wil never go back
Do not eat at this restaurant. The server tossed old hardened rice into our mouths and cooked it on the hibachi grill. We should have left after that but unfortunately stayed and ate our meal. I will be contacting the health dept on them for serving us old rice that was sitting out for god knows how many hours.
