I remain sad that all of the local Fazoli’s to us closed down. The fact that there is a place where you can get quality but simple Italian for a lower price is something that needs to make a comeback.

Fazolis pizza is great when made right but today, 11/25/25 at 1:45 pm this is what my pizza looked like. Not appetizing or appealing at all! The guy who made it always does this and sometimes I won’t eat bc he is often angry and it comes across in his food. Why would anyone think this is good. Food is about first, the look, then the smell, and then the taste. I can’t get past the look!

So the only reason I’m not giving it 5*s is because the last couple of bites of my food was really salty/bitter. Other than that it was pretty good and the bread sticks are fantastic. Honestly, probably the best bread sticks I’ve ever had. I got the three meat tortellini and my wife got the three cheese tortellini.

Want the best for Italian food? This is the place to go, don’t even attempt to go to olive garden, olive garden doesn’t hold a candle to this restaurant, they too even have unlimited breadsticks. Olive Garden around here has lost its touch, and forever has lost me since I found this restaurant. Very nice staff, who talk with you, are happy to serve you, they just make you feel welcomed. I recommend any of the subs they taste fantastic.

This was a must hit as we don’t have a fazolis locally and I was not let down. The food was amazing, the service was quick and all the staff were pleasent to talk with and didn’t seem unhappy to be at work. The only thing I downgraded the atmosphere from 5 stars, the inside just needs a little upkeep with light bulbs and little bit of touch up painting. Over all I would not hesitate to go back

Clean restaurant, very friendly staff. However, the food was absolutely awful. I ordered the sampler with garlic bread. It came with equal portions of lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs, penne and red sauce, and Alfredo. The alfredo was inedible. Idk how they make it, but it was gross. I didn’t think it was possible to make bad Alfredo. The only part of the whole dish that was semi edible was the penne. The garlic bread was good. But I’m pretty positive they were just frozen. I was disappointed because I was craving pasta and I remember Fazolis tasting so much better. This is just a personal taste preference obviously, but I wouldn’t recommend it if asked. The staff was very friendly and great service.

This food is terrific. I am from the North East coast region and the flavors and textures of this pasta makes me feel like I am in New York or New Jersey with real Italians cuisine without haves to actually be there. My only issue is every time I order an ICEE or beverage it’s never received with my meal. Perhaps this store should double check the receipts prior to sending out orders.
