I give this place absolutely no stars. They’re honestly lucky it forces us to give them at least oneThis place was very liberal and rude. We paid $18 for a Mc crispy with an extra patty a deluxe quarter pounder and a large fry if I would’ve received everything the amount would’ve been worth it but for me to have missed my quarter pounder deluxe on the first lap around the building, having to go back around a second time to retrieve my quarter pounder deluxe, and only to get a quarter pounder with cheese handed to me not at all what I wanted I wanna do deluxe quarter pounder but yet they want to take shortcuts. They were very rude about it so I contact the corporate office. I would not suggest anybody go here. They are very rude And treat their customers with upmost disrespect. They do not put care into their food and rush their jobs and for the fact that we live so close to this site and shop there often this is the last straw. This is not the only time that they have messed up Something used to happen about this place. Put everything in a picture in the picture taken is how I received my food after the what they thought was a correction At least they got the chicken sandwich correct I mean it’s the easiest thing to make with less work…..just sad

I asked if it was possible to get French fries with no salt, they said yes. I got my meal bout 20min later and I was the only one in the store. I got home a d my fries were cold and appeared to have the salt rubbed off I also seen this in the dinning room

Never use the app because the store says they cannot refund you and the app says admin says they cannot. We paid for an uncharge on a drink yet the drink was not available but could not get a refund. Then, when we received our food, the sauces were all over the side and there was nothing on the bun. We asked them to remake it and the manager rolled her eyes and it came back just as bad. You know when I was a kid McDonald’s was always a go to fast food destination. Is it me or has the taste changed? Chicken nuggets 30 yrs ago was so delicious, and the burger patties was actually a bit thicker. Anyway I think alot of fast food places has def changed except hardies Frisco burger. Remember those? Waited 15 minutes for my mobile order. On my own with my 3 kids, the baby screaming in the car the whole time. I get home and unpack everyone only to find out that my QPC is burnt to a crisp and inedible. Manager on duty says they can’t refund an order made on the app. I definitely won’t be returning to the Pinhook location any time soon.
