Wow. incredibly disappointing online order. I don’t know if we got ripped off because it was an online order or this was standard. But the portions were abysmal. I ordered a 3 meat plate. It only had 2 pieces of brisket. And then the smallest portions of the other 2 meat. The side of sweat potato fries was also insanely small.

Went with a girlfriend of mine for a girls night out. First time and I love barbecue so I was excited. Highly disappointed. Service was fine. There were no forks available. They literally filled the fork slots with knives, and the food… well all I can say was yikes. The garlic mashers were bitter and I mean BITTER. Way too much garlic, the gravy was water and the potatoes had the consistency of powdered mash. Actually that’s wrong, powdered mash was thicker and tasted better than what they served here. Watery and lumpy and the gravy made it worse. More than half was thrown away and the brisket… well again yikes more like fatsket. Barely any meat and all fat. I ate three pieces of it before I couldn’t stomach anything else. My friend said nothing about her food but more than half of hers went in the trash too. So disappointed and definitely won’t be going back. Pretty expensive for very mediocre food that we just threw away. I left still hungry and was trying to figure out what leftovers to heat up at home. I wouldn’t recommend this place and told my family as much when they asked about it.

The fries they gave me were old and dried out. Very gross. So I went and asked for mashed potatoes as a replacement to my gross fries and the gravy had the consistency of water. I’ve never been so disappointed in R&R before. Two terrible sides in a row. As a previous employee and a frequent customer I know they can do better. I will not be coming back to this location.

Showed up around 6PM. Informed about half their sides were unavailable & a decent chunk of their meats were also unavailable. Whatever, make due & order for my family. Food takes 20 minutes to come out. No dressing for salad, no cups for ketchup. Missing the hush puppies w/ an entrée. Caveman burger was OK if a bit dry.
Each individual issue wasn’t huge on their own but in totality was a supremely disappointing $50 meal for a family of 4

I usually love R&R, so my husband and I went out for a date night to get tacos.
We ordered 4 brisket tacos (paid an extra $1 for brisket), 2 drinks, and 1 side of fries. The total was around $35+, which wouldn’t have been bad if the food matched the price.
Unfortunately, it really missed the mark.
Both of our tacos were:
• Loaded with coleslaw to the point they were soggy
• Had maybe 4 small chunks of fatty brisket each
• Hardly any actual meat which we paid extra for
It was so bad that I had to ask for a new set of tacos. My husband didn’t ask for his to be remade, but he wasn’t happy either but ate one of mine. The second set was a little better, but it’s frustrating that they didn’t make them right the first time especially when we paid extra for brisket and basically got coleslaw with brisket fat. It’s expensive to eat out and this was proof why we should stop
For the price, it felt like a rip-off. We couldn’t even pick up the tacos because they were falling apart from all the coleslaw. My husband said we won’t be coming back, and honestly I don’t blame him.
I love tacos, so I might consider trying again only if they start making the brisket tacos with a reasonable amount of meat and less coleslaw. Otherwise, they should lower the price and just call them “coleslaw tacos with brisket fat” because that’s what we got.

I love the food here. That’s why I keep coming back, HOWEVER, if you’re getting any kind of take out, it WILL be wrong. Don’t expect help if you call.
The people seem to want you just to leave them alone. Almost like trying to get help at a Walmart.
They emailed a free delivery coupon on New Year’s but there was no way to claim it on their app or website. I called and was told they knew about it but didn’t know how to do it, then told goodbye. They seemed more concerned about getting me the hell off the phone than fixing the problem.
The food is great though.

Today I noticed a huge stark contrast in the high-quality of meat that I’m used to From R&R barbecue. I ordered sliced brisket and the cut of meat I received was Hard, grizzly, and stringy. I was immediately concerned, and I brought my concerns to the staff who said no worries they would give me another piece, but the second piece they gave me was even worse than the first! It was so hard, Full of fat And was starkly different from the usual sliced brisket quality.

The Nachos were alright. It wasn’t favorable. Kinda bland. Some of the chips were really stale.
The pineapple pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Wish the sweet potato fries were more cooked. The other pork sandwich was great! Picking your own sauce was a plus.

I have been to other locations and have had much better experiences. This one was just meh on the food. The Mac and cheese, which usually is great, was cold. The hush puppies were on the dry side. The meats were ok. Also on the dry side. I got the ribs and brisket. I was disappointed at how little meat was on the ribs. The 2 meat combo is about $18 plus I got a drink and dessert so about $25. I know that’s what meals are now but it was not as amazing for the amount and quality
