We had Salernos cater our early Christmas Party. Salernos Delivers! It was way below zero outside! The food showed up HOT and on time! So delicious including the desert tray! I’m writing to express my disappointment with my Caesar chicken salad order tonight. Despite ordering before closing (25 mins), the salad was made with regular lettuce instead of romaine and was very watery, making it impossible to taste the dressing. If quality service cannot be maintained late at night, it’s better not to stay open. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue.

The hostess is very nice and took us to our seats quickly. Our order was taken quickly and bought to the table pretty fast. I had the fried chicken, nothing that special,it tasted fried but that’s about it. Not much flavor with lack of seasoning would have made the chicken better. Small salad with just lettuce no toppings. The chicken France not sure if I spelled it right but that did have some good flavors to it. The payed was pretty good. The prices are a bit high for me but a nice place for date night.

Love this spot! Been here for half off pizzas done in on Mondays, but most recently came for lunch with my mom. We split garden salad, I had an Italian sandwich on focaccia and my mom had an Italian beef with sweet peppers. And of course the Turano bread service is so good. Javier was our waiter. He was so kind and attentive, as well as the other wait staff gentleman. We definitely will be back for lunch and pizza!

Wow! Massive bowls of pasta, delicious pizza. You really can’t go wrong. FYI, Monday is half priced pizza day, BUT the pizza is discounted, while the toppings are full priced. Wasn’t a huge deal but would have been nice to know previous to ordering, rather than the price shock of the bill. Definitely will return.

I just paid $44.99 in food delivery and received cold food.
An order of chicken wings two cheeseburgers. It was like my food was sitting there and somebody forgot that the food was supposed to be delivered. Restaurants are already very expensive but to pay for cold food not cool. Spoke to manager, yeah well at least he listened. There’s nothing gross them to biting into a cold chicken wing full of cold barbecue sauce. And by the way I only live 10 minutes away from the restaurant. I think it’ll be a while before I order from this restaurant again.

Ordered some of there catering stuff , needless to say that will be the last time, it was almost all disgusting, meatballs were tuff, no bread crumbs and the meat itself tasted like dog meat, chicken was thick pieces all tuff and dry and there sauce for them was terrible

I ordered delivery and tipped in advance. I was told 40 minutes. I understand it is a busy Net Years Eve but I was lied to three times about the arrival. Noting each time the driver was being spoken to. I’m sure the pizza is great as I’ve had a few slices at work, but customer service and honesty i demand. The driver eventually called me and said she had other deliveries but I’m a straight shot exactly 1.6 miles from their location. Very disappointed.

All is fine. Irksome that they charge operating fee. Some restaurants also charge credit card fee. Some are also outrageous abt tipping. Very tacky and takes away from the whole dining experience. Doubt I’ll return bc of that. As a consumer, I feel companies are trying to pick at us like crows on carcasses.
