This food had some of the best flavored Mexican food. We had the Taco Salad with chicken the shell so crispy and NOT greasy. It sure had the feel of having been baked not fried. The salsa had small chunks and juicy wasn’t Hot or Mild it was perfect. We also had the enchilada platter with a beef taco, beans and rice. All was so delicious. If your in town you definitely need to stop in. The waitress was great with a beautiful smile and all had a wonderful cheerful personality to them!

The food was average, but what was really great about this location was the vibe! It seemed very close knit among the staff and they were beyond friendly. Seemed like a family location. We couldn’t help smiling our whole time there. Prices were reasonable.

Such a great place! The waitresses were so kind, funny, and friendly! They made great food suggestions too.
I got a green chili burro enchilada style off of their lunch menu. It was incredible!! The beef was shredded, which I love. It also came with a great portion of beans and rice which at most places are sub par, but I absolutely devoured these. They were fantastic!!
Your meal also comes with chips and salsa! The red salsa is some of the best I’ve had in a REALLY long time. I will for sure be going back!

Ava’s has won my heart again!
Thanksgiving weekend, i show up to get a to go order and a table for two.
There was a table of i counted 20! Sitting across from me and a table of 12 was checked in just before me! Ava’s still managed to get my food in a reasonable amount of time and refilled our chips and salsa before they ran dry!

Nice clean restaurant. When we arrived some chips and salsa was brought to the table as we sat. We were greeted with warm smiles. We ordered a Nedi Burro and a Combo Plate with Bean Tostada and Cheese Enchilada. Both dishes were very tasty. The beans were nicely flavored and creamy. We enjoyed the house made salsa so much we took a pint to go. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Small town delicious! This place is an unexpected delight. Bursting with flavor and pizazz! The Poblano Relleno was amazing and even came out cleverly disguised as an adorable mouse! The staff is attentive and prompt. I tried a bite of every dish on our table and it was all something I would order in the future.
