My sandwhich was good. I ordered the spicy steak beagle. The steak was actually good. I enjoyed my sandwhich, and the kettle chips were good. My food was ready before I got there, and they were packed. They are one of the better sandwhich spots.

The store is spacious and well-lit. The tables and counters are consistently clean, making it a very hygienic environment. When I visited, the cashier was very friendly. The sandwiches and soups were also delicious. I will definitely return to this store in the future.

My husband, mother and I went to this Panera Bread for dinner and we were not greeted or served by the employees there! We stood at the counter for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the employees that were on their cell phones to put them down and come help us, but all the women did was look up at us and go back to their phone. Another man came out to the front from the kitchen area and looked at us and the 2 women then went back to the kitchen. The only people in the restaurant were the 4 kids that apparently belonged to one of the employees, by the way the kids were acting. I was very disappointed in the way we were treated at this restaurant because we heard good things about the food from Panera Bread at other places. We ended up going to a different restaurant and getting our meal. Panera Bread lost 3 customers that night.

14 minutes in the Drive-Thru before you get to order. And now 10 minutes and still I’m not through the drive-thru to pick up my food. And at 8:00 a.m. after 2 hours of being opening you’re out of everything bagels. So whoever your inventory and purchasing person is they really need to re trained. 2 hrs and your out.. Your employees and your managers need to remember and realize that the customers we’re here to make your paychecks without us, you don’t have a paycheck. This store needs to be reviewed and looked over. You need new management and new staff or everyone needs to be retrained. So I get to the window now and she repeated my order and then she asked me oh is it toasted ?? when I said five times when ordering it that I wanted it toasted. I’ll go back to the one on University. They’ve got their act together over there. This store does not!!

This location is in trouble! The staff member taking our order was extremely slow and quite frankly didn’t know what he was doing. He kept having to get the manager for help. After ordering 4 meals I noticed the total was over $90, which was way high. We had the manager read back our order and there were multiple errors. Once corrected, our total was $56. Later, our food came out. Several sandwiches and Mac and cheese dishes were cold. Staff were not friendly. Afterwards, I was no longer surprised that the restaurant was nearly empty.

The only reason I gave this restaurant a two star on anything is because my food did taste good but if you’re in a hurry don’t go here. I waited in the drive-through 25 minutes for a pick up order and my car barely fits through their little tiny drive-through, maybe some updates would be good here. Maybe some staff change too because the girl that talked on the intercom I could barely understand her through her mumbles Terrible location.

We have eaten at various Panera Bread locations around the country (the one in Salina, KS is consistently amazing), however THIS location is a joke. I say this because EVERYTHING was unacceptable… Both salads had soggy/wilted/rotten lettuce!?! My French Dip sandwich was greasy and the French Onion soup was the exact same sauce as the dip for the sandwich. Ironically I’ve had French Onion soup at two other restaurants in the past week and they were both 100x better tasting. Even my wife’s Chicken Noodle soup didn’t taste the same? I have no idea. Our entire group was disappointed, not just one person or one dish. We will not be back. All of us were so disappointed.

The food was, as expected, good. (4 cheese souffle, chocolate croissants)
However, the real star of the show was the coffee. Just a regular Dark Roast, but rich, flavorful and expertly brewed, it was the perfect complement to my meal.

Bought a half sandwich-chx and bacon, with broccoli and cheese soup yesterday 12/22/25. I received old lettuce on sandwich, and guacamole on it, I asked for no guacamole, it looks like it was scraped off sandwich. Awful sandwich. Too much money to waste. Don’t know who the mgmt or staff is now, but their doing bad job. I hadn’t ate there in couple years, it was much better, the food, that is. I won’t be back.
