The waiters were so nice! They gave us little juice samples and explained the menu thoroughly. I got the breakfast burrito which was really good. I would’ve loved a non spicy sauce option for it. I also got a chai tea which was amazing. My boyfriend got special type of eggs Benedict that was also very good. It did have a large piece of fat in it which had to be spit out but that happens. Overall it was a very good experience.

I have come to S.A.P for almost the last 10 weekends in a row, and I look forward to it more and more each time. I will say I have only gotten their options of Eggs Benedict, but I can say if they make only half their menu even half as good as their Benedicts, anyone would love this place! I prefer to come on Sundays to get the Chorizo Benedict special that has Pico and a Cilantro Hollandaise…this thing is going to be my last meal for sure. But make sure you set a reservation! They are always busy when I get there but make accommodations for walk ins too.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming they have a large drink menu for anyone looking to have a fun brunch with friends. Overall I would give S.A.P 100 stars if I could!

SAP is hands-down one of the best brunch spots in Appleton! Everything on the menu is creative, fresh, and made with high-quality ingredients. I love how they take classic brunch favorites and give them a fun, elevated twist. The lemon ricotta pancakes are heavenly, and the savory dishes like the hash or eggs benedict are always on point.
The atmosphere is bright, stylish, and welcoming, with a great mix of cozy and modern. The bakery case is also hard to resist —don’t leave without grabbing a treat (or two) to go! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is consistently great. SAP is the perfect brunch destination whether you’re catching up with friends or just treating yourself.

We stopped in while in town for a wedding and are so glad we did—this place is a true gem in Appleton! Our server, Otto, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and super helpful with the menu. The food was excellent, the bakery had a great selection of treats, and we loved that they served Colectivo Coffee. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Appleton!

Upscale brunch spot, serving the classics and elevated breakfast options.
The service is good, they use many local ingredients. The wait staff was helpful in explaining the menu. They have a bar, dining area, and a bakery.
The eggs Benny was delicious, but the side salad was a fantastic, refreshing bite. The cheese curds were lightly breaded and came with aioli to dip them in, which went well together.
They have a display featuring some really fancy baked goods, definitely check it out for a treat on your way out, or grab a cup of coffee and a treat.

The restaurant is decorated simply, which showcases the vibrant colours of the food. Serving sizes are generous. I tried the pineaple, apple, kale, jalapeño drink of the day, and found it to be a perfect blend of flavours. The jalapeño had the perfect amount of “hello.” Likewise, the tomatillo salsa served with the chicken quesadillas had just the right amount of heat; although, for some it might have more of an impact. There is a bakery counter, and you can tell your server what you want and it will be added to your bill. I recommend this over trying to purchase from the bakery counter directly, because the employee there at the time of my visit was discourtious. Thankfully, our server was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I did not order more guacamole, because it was amazing. I look forward to trying more of their menu.

Extremely disappointing doesn’t even begin to cover it. This used to be my absolute favorite brunch spot when I lived in the area three years ago, so I was genuinely excited to bring my girlfriends here during our Appleton girls’ weekend. I raved about this place. Unfortunately, that was a mistake.
We were quoted a 1 hour 15 minute wait, which we accepted because in the past it had always been worth it. What followed was anything but worth it. After finally being seated, we then waited an additional hour for food — only for half of our entrées to arrive, and they were lukewarm at best. Not hot. Not fresh. Barely warm.
Our waitress was nowhere to be found. I had to physically get up and track down a manager at the hostess stand just to tell someone that half our table still had no food. One more entrée trickled out five minutes later — again, lukewarm — leaving mine still missing. After another 10+ minutes of waiting with no updates, our waitress finally appeared. At this point, I had been sitting there starving for over 90 minutes and had to ask for a muffin just so I could eat something.
Eventually my entrée showed up — 15 minutes later — and once again, it was lukewarm. Nearly two hours after being seated and we couldn’t even get hot food.
A free muffin and a couple half-off entrées do not make up for terrible service, missing food, and cold meals after a two-hour wait. We felt completely brushed aside and unimportant. I brought friends here expecting an amazing experience and instead was embarrassed and frustrated.
It’s honestly shocking how far this place has gone downhill. This was once my favorite brunch spot — now it’s somewhere I can’t recommend and won’t return to unless this is made right.
Such a shame to see what this place has become.

Great food that was really fresh! A good variety of items. The side salad I had came with a really good sweet/spicy dressing. I rated the atmosphere a little low because it was pretty noisy and chilly being seated near the door. Overall, it’s really good food and beverages. We will return. The bakery selection looked amazing, but we did not get any this time.

Stopped here for our first time before boarding a plane. We had limited time to eat and get to the airport. Unfortunately, our order took about 45 minutes to get to us. The server apologized for this and offered a discount to our bill. The food was very good – although I had to eat quickly to make sure, we could get to the airport on time. I would recommend, but note the wait for food may be lengthy.

This is a wonderful business that would make my day any time I go. Their spicy chicken sandwich has the best buns I have ever had. They are buttery and soft, and work well with the chicken. While it was a bit spicy for me, I still thoroughly enjoyed it. The hot chocolate was perfect, and the marshmallows were homemade and the best part of the drink. Along with a large breakfast and lunch menu, there is a bakery with a plethora of tasty treats. I got the chocolate chip cookie, and it was delicious.
