I was really disappointed with my experience at Black Rifle Coffee Company this time around. The service was confusing from the start—when I got to the window, they seemed unsure of what I had ordered. I asked for an Americano with honey and whole milk. They were out of whole milk, so I switched to half and half, along with a breakfast sandwich.
Unfortunately, once I was already on the road (my fault for not checking sooner), I realized there was no half and half or honey in the coffee at all. The breakfast sandwich was equally disappointing—cold, sad, and clearly microwaved.
I’ve had a good experience at the Edmond location before, which is why I gave this one a second chance, but this visit completely missed the mark. Between the poor service and low-quality food, I’d recommend saving yourself the trip and going somewhere else. This location seriously needs better management.

Disappointed in the experience today. We have been a long time customers. They didnt disclose the upcharge for the milk option. We can pay for the upcharge obviously but lack of transparency and dishonesty was what we didnt appreciate. You lost a customer over $1.25. Will never come back

Nice flavors of coffee and also sugar free mix ins. It’s also a nice place to meet up with your work or friend crew. Fast internet helps you navigate while you sip your favorite brew. Cool decor from military what not, including the front of an auto for the coffee bar.

Black Rifle definitely has a distinct atmosphere, much more than just a cafe with food options, Black Rifle sells merchandise and ground coffee beans. For drinks I got the 1776 with hickory which was great, the Combat Kolache has improved much since my last visit a year ago, the staff was helpful and attentive, and I bought a cool sticker of Richard Nixon riding a Panda.

I’ve been going to this place for two years, and it has truly become one of my favorite spots. Every time I walk in, all the workers greet me with warmth and kindness, and they always remember my name. The staff are genuinely friendly, and the manager leads with respect and care, creating an atmosphere that feels happy and welcoming. The quality is always excellent, the prices are fair with great discounts and clearance deals, and the place is kept spotless. And what makes it even more special is that they always add a pup cup to my special drink—it’s a thoughtful touch that shows how much they care. From the bottom of my heart, I can say this is a place that means a lot to me. If somebody is reading this from that place, and if I Describe my order ( To express with shots with an energy boost and a pup cup) You guys are already know who I am. lol Great job team. Strong coffee, really cool place to sit and have a good coffee. Unfortunately, service was unpleasant. The guy at the counter was cool. However, I waited about 15-20 minutes for my burrito. I was the only order for a good 10 minutes. I had to remind them twice i was still waiting on it. The burrito was half warm and half cold. So I ate half of it the burrito was not good BTW. The frozen burritos at grocery stores are way better. I may come back for coffee, drive thru though! There’s a Starbucks across the street. I may not come back tbh

My first impression was the scent of the coffee, it was awesome! The ambiance of the store was clean and hip. Nice place to relax and hang out. Lots of merchandise & bagged coffee (whole bean and ground) for purchase. Huge selection of drinks and things to eat. They give a discount for being military, police, fire, paramedic. The employees were nice and helpful.

If you want big, bold coffee, this is a good place to consider. Nothing wrong with their product, but it’s not to my personal preference. I prefer a lighter roast. Got my order quickly, but I didn’t know when I ordered a Mocha that it would come iced. Which was fine, but I was expecting it hot. If I come back, I’ll be sure to specify.

I ordered an Americano. It was okay. I’m very picky with my coffee though. Atmosphere was great as well as service. Games for people and kids to play. They had food items but I didn’t order any. I’d go back. Better than the competition in the area.
