Food and service was exceptional. Came to Key West for a week and Tavern N Town was the best place for food in town/Keys! We came for dinner 1st night in town because it was right next door to our Condo and loved Dinner so much we came back. We had a delicious breakfast twice and ate at the bar for Happy Hour watching the Super Bowl another. This place has actual Chefs not short order cooks!! Just look at the food in the pictures. They also have a pastry Chef! Definitely the place to eat if you’re in town!!

Ben was our greeat server. Drinks were good. I had the key lime martini and triple chocolate lovers martini. So good. We had TNT tacos (2 mini ones) as an appetizer. It was really good. We had local catch of the day (snapper) and pink n pasta. Both were great. End with the awesome key lime pie with vanilla bean ice cream. Yum! Was a little pricey. We took advantage of happy hour so our 2nd drink was free.

The food here is always fantastic. I had the lamb chops they were cooked to perfection, and served like a work of art. My husband had the pizza because he eats like a 5 year old and that was delicious. Ben our server was very hospitable, checked on everything just enough. As a local this is a top choice for a delicious dinner. And lovely piano music, perfect noise level.

To start off with the hostess being in a sour mood didn’t know what to expect for the evening, but our server definitely changed that quick with excellent customer service! Our food did not disappoint the filet was cooked perfectly along with the amazing parmesan garlic broccolini. The live musicians singing and playing the piano made the atmosphere of the restaurant quite enjoyable. I would recommend this restaurant to others

Tavern n town was hands down the best restaurant, food, and service in key west. The food is so flavorful and worth every dime. Shout out to our amazing server Ben who truly made our trip. He was on point & the best waiter of all the restaurants we tried, going out of his way to make our experience wonderful and unforgettable. We even came back a second time before leaving. We had a wonderful experience at Tavern N Town! They had a live singer who was fantastic. They also had an open kitchen with many talented chefs preparing the food. The atmosphere was beautiful and sophisticated. The food is very expensive, but it was all excellent. The key lime martini was wonderful! A great place to come if you’re looking for a nice and fancier dinner place.

Let me start by saying that this place used to be great. Unfortunately, not anymore. The last few times we have been there the food has been very disappointing.The service was still amazing, but the food was definitely lackluster. The “fresh” calamari was definitely not fresh. The meatball, while looking fantastic, completely lacked in flavor and was just very mushy. The Korean sticky ribs were nothing like you would expect. Five tiny squares of 1 inch flat meat put onto a toothpick. Most of the steaks on the menu are now over $100 each and they are all à la carte.
The only saving grace is that from 5 to 7pm they have a happy hour at the bar where the drinks are buy one get one and the appetizers are $10 each. Have a drink and an appetizer and then go downtown for a much better dinner at a much lower price point

Wow. All around amazing. We had the local catch (grouper) and it was delicious, light and fresh. My husband had the prime rib and perfectly cooked to his request. Ended it with the key lime pie and it was perfect! I will be back to try the espresso creme brulee and probably order the grouper, again!

Good Happy Hour menu was great. Food was great and very well displayed. The king Salmon bites were good buy would be nice to have the cayenne pepper slices on top just like what they displayed online. Everything else was great! But the price and menu online wasn’t up to the dated.
