We ordered online and picked up early. We were trying to get the Harry Potter specialty donuts. They apparently went fast because they were sold out when we picked up
our order. All their great donuts with Harry Potter tops added. There were also specialty donuts that came boxed by themselves. They were filled with random colors associated with the different houses of Hogwarts School. I’m not a Harry Potter fan and don’t even know the houses. These specialties were fun to try. Great collaboration between Krispy Kreme and Harry Potter.

Absolutely THE BEST Krispy Kreme store we have ever been to. Every employee smiles, are super friendly and very happy to help. They provide absolutely excellent and professional service. The store is super clean and spotless. The display cases are also spotless, crazy well organized and present those delicious doughnuts wonderfully. All these things do not happen by accident. Outstanding experience.

We have always had a great experience at this Krispy Kreme. Demond recently served us as the drive-thru and it was wonderful to receive such great service with a smile. He went out into the rain to deliver us some hot fresh glazed doughnuts. We appreciated it. Nothing else compares to doughnuts as fresh as these. They’re the best and we appreciated Demond’s service during our visit.

We visited the afternoon of Thanksgiving Eve. Excellent customer service and the staff member insisted that I ate the freshest donuts, so she wanted me to wait. The wait was no more than 5 minutes, and it was my first time trying a hot donut. Delicious!

I’d give it a 0 star if I could. Told me they had no doughnuts left an hour before closing and saw people coming in buying them. Today I went back for the first time and they were rude and sat at the window 10 mins before somebody finally came… I absolutely will never be back very unprofessional
