Darren was fantastic. My hash browns (fully loaded, extra jalapenos with waffle House sauce and Tabasco) were perfect.. So glad we had trouble sleeping and decided we wanted some waffle House food. Great service, great attitudes. Overall the best as of now.
(I used to work in this location, it’s changed quite a bit, but it’s for the better). Giving them three stars because the cook, Carter was just sitting there and had to be asked to come cook. He got done and went back and sat with I guess was his girlfriend. He wasn’t helping do any side work or anything

The people who work here are the nicest people. My daughter has severe allergies and we can almost never eat out at places but here we are regulars. They go above and beyond to make sure her food does not get cross contaminated.

Came in to place a to go order, sat down and waited to place my Togo order, no biggie, it looked clean from the customer side… tables were clean, as we waited we witnessed the red headed cook slamming dishes…just made me feel off about it all, another poor girl was crying, I truly hope she is okay. My waitress was nice but sadly when we got home we looked at our food and it was all burnt, I could understand if it was JUST the hashbrowns but it was literally every time in our Togo order, we paid $40 for this and missing our toast. Seemed like the cook was having a bad night, but also seemed like she took it out on my food. I usually love this place but tonight wasn’t tasteful.

I would give 6 stars if I could!! This place is very efficient. If the parking lot is full don’t let that keep you free m stopping. They got Jo-Jo at the door. He is the heart beat of this location. He will seat you and let you know how long it will be. This is a great addition to getting good food and being informed on your table. I love this place because the staff is good, the food is good and Jo-Jo will put a smile on your face. I highly recommend stopping at this location. I had the all-star breakfast with all the way hash browns. Awesome!! My wife had steak and eggs!!! Another awesome.

Me and my friends came after homecoming to enjoy a meal and have a good time. My friends were already there so when we got there we sat down, the table was dirty and we were the first ones there so we weren’t skipping anyone. We waited 15 minutes at the dirty table but no one came to clean it. I went up nicely to ask someone if they would please clean our table. One of the men there looked at me and said “you skipped so many people, no one better clean your table” and the lady I asked in the first place said “someone will get to y’all shortly.” When we waited a little longer without it being cleaned we just decided to walk out. As soon as we left they cleaned our table and the people who just walked in got to sit down at a clean table and order. I feel very disrespected and I feel as though since we are teenagers, we didn’t get service.

The waitress didn’t care to even do the job. My fiance asked for a double I had to tell the cook to put another patty on the grill the girl didn’t listen to anything we wanted on our burger or in our hash browns. She only come and filled my drink one time and him none. It was honestly the worst experience I have had had throughout all the years of waffle house but it seems all the food services is going to crap these days. Probably crappy pay
