This is the fourth time now I have gotten a classic roast beef sandwich and there is cheese on it. I specifically asked if there would be cheese on it cus I just want the meat and bread and they said no cheese ok then why is their cheese on it !? Fourth time of this happening mind you . DoorDasher, they over stuffed the bag, it ripped and no one was around to help, seemed to be avoiding the counter. Watched people go unserved (they walked out) because they needed to catch up on orders. Wasn’t even peak and they five orders. They even delayed DT orders because they needed to catch up. Should be zero. Went inside to order and was told 3 times they would be right up. At least 3-4 employees working. Waited minutes between being told they are coming and finally had to walk out after 8 minutes or more just to try to order fast food. Do better!!!!

I have to say, I come to arbys a few times a month. Its my favorite fast food chain, and I typically never have any problems. Although this evening I went to pick up arbys for my family for dinner. I got up to the window and she had me pull ahead because they needed to make fresh food, I said of course and pulled ahead. I got up there and waited for a little bit. I finally got my food and my fries were all ice cold with all three meals I ordered and they were only filled half way, more like a small fry when it was supposed to be mediums, and my sandwiches were all ice cold. I paid $50 for ice cold food. If you want ice cold food I guess I suggest you go to arbys.

Absolutely love going here. Always friendly. Always on top of everything. Clean. When they know they are running behind they make sure to keep you updated. Only fast food place that I still go to. Please never change (other then to bring back 3 pepper sauce)
